He’s more quiet now that he grows up. He smiles less but i think that’s his choice of presenting himself as he matured and as BTS’s image changed. He’s also a social butterfly. But V’s a very sincere boy who likes to have fun with the people he loves. I think one of the reasons V changed is because as he gets more famous, he faced more two-faced relationships that took advantage of him rather than seeing him as his normal self. It’s unfortunate but I think that’s why he’s known to cherish genuine friends and family so much. At 2017 his change was most noticable and fans worried a lot as he went through a series of hardships but i’m still so proud of who he is now.

Tae is actually super outroverted and the most social among the members. He has made sevral friends in the bathroom at brodcasting stations (yes, bathroom) because they're born the same year as him, so he tells them that, and then that's it, they're friends. He used to be super loud, always goofing off, very childlike personality, it was all very innocent, but he calmed down alot after a clip of him created controversy. I think he still jokes around and is loud when the camera is not on, but he is much more aware of the camera now. And he grew up, it would make sense that he's more calm and mature in his mid-twenties compared to his late teens. He also has a very big imagination, and often goes into this "Taetae World" as the members say, meaning he just start zoning out as his mind wanders. which might look like he dosen't want to participate in things. he also has EXTREME resting bitch face, so he looks angry when he's not.

Army knows that Tae is in his own world and doesn't really concider apparence, and we know how much he love and respect Big Bang. But others saw it as mocking Big Bang, as Big Bang was the runner up. Tae got more quiet after that, you can see it it when they won 3rd win he was very different, he also wrote an apology on Twitter

Also, there is V the sexy charismatic idol, there is Taehyung the funny goofball, and TaeTae the world's best baby boy. But it's true that his duality is unmatched as he can switch personas at a finger-snap. His fancams have been study material for new idols and trainees for years because his stage manner is unparalleled. He's a great actor as he's shown in Hwarang and even in their skits like Dalbang Dorm etc. He really likes kids and wants 5 of his own. I wish I could take him home to mom lol. Tae is very talented, at his audition he sang, rapped, did the beatbox, danced, and played the sax. Plus he remembers all their choreo. Plus he has the widest vocal range in the group. I really wish BH utilized this more. He's toned down a bit lately but that's due to him being more selective with people as he mentioned in Weverse about how others used to get to close to him because he was in BTS and not because they liked him per se. But he's still such a cutie and a charmer and total performer. And I really hope more people realize that he's an awesome guy and not just a deep voice man with a pretty face (though he did just get into the Hall of Fame for winning 3 yrs in a row for the 100 Asian Heartthrobs contest).

Tae was a social butterfly who was excited to make friends with everyone he met but he has become more selective with friendships because he said he realised some people only wanted to be friends with "V from BTS". He now only surrounds himself with people who love him for himself. I understand this way of thinking because I used to be like that too (more unguarded and trusting when I was younger) and I've definitely mellowed down a lot more as the years go by. I think it's just part of growing up and learning from experiences.

I am so glad that you just witnessed V's high school era. Most of these clips are between 2013~ 2015. He went through a lot to become and is a man in 20s, so he is a bit more reserved. What I love about V is as Jimin said , he is so pure (except when he plays games). It is hard to describe his character in one word, and that is what makes V my bias.

Tae has always been very open and not ashamed to be goofy. He used to get teased alot for his "weird" personality. All the boys have said his the one of the ones who makes all them laugh. He is also remembers all the Choreography.. He has a different way of thinking than others do. He has just matured is all. I would say hes more if an Ambivert. Coming from Busan (Busan dialect) he was really shy, but Tae came by his class and told everyone that Jimin was a friend of his and that they should treat him well. (Although they were in the same grade, Tae had come to Seoul earlier than Jimin and was already popular at school.)
in my opinion Tae is the member who changed quite a lot throughout the years. I think he's been through a lot in his personal life (losing family members, dealing with criticism, etc.) which forged him into the man that he is today. He's also been a bit more reserved since 2016-2017
Lol Tae is not an introvert quite the opposite he’s very extroverted he used to smile all the time but now he doesn’t as much.He mentioned before that he used to want to be friends with everybody but it became harder because people only wanted to be friends with him because he’s in BTS. He also said that people thought he was kinda dumb because he smiled so much and now that he doesn’t smile as much people think he is 2 serious. I would say in like about 2018 he started to become more serious and mature, mainly in interviews and such not saying he’s not happy now but he just grew up and matured still goofy when he wants to be tho 😂 People used to call him Alien V because he is really weird and was always saying and doing random things at first he liked it but later I think he mentioned how he didn’t really like the nickname I think because some people got the impression that he was dumb. Korean Plastic surgeons are getting a lot of requests from patients to get V's features like his unusual big eyes with no double eyelids and they also say his face is perfect. They say he attracts so many because he has the female and male features in his face so it is very attractive. You should watch V at the MMAs I think where he did the part as the evil one (Blood Sweat and Tears) on stage behind Jin. He scared me with his acting there, very scary. You should watch Hwarang, too. At the beginning of BTS it was though they were only 6 members because they hid V. Pang PD later said in an interview it was because he did not want V signing to any other agency or being discovered. The fact that he can look like an anime character. He has a really good heart too and has actually helped fans, one in particular while playing a game found out the person's family member needed a blood donor and he found one. All the boys have great hearts, Jimin one time researched what a fan should do for an ailment and told another to go to the doctor straight away for their sprained neck. RM and SUGA with their advice and concern. The list goes on as J hope, Jin and JK are amazing, too with their caring sides.

Now he is kind of calm but you can see in run episodes and bon voyage,seasonal greetings he still have his fun. He is still very outgoing . I became an army after seeing fan meeting video of V interacting with a fan . At that time I thought he is acting to be cute and all. But after watching few more videos I realised his beautiful, true friendly personality. I will never ever forget this beautiful soul.

I think, as he's grown up, he doesn't feel as forced to be super smiley or show that he's an extrovert. Now he just does whatever he wants. Edit: i forgot to add that Taehyung is probably one of the most sarcastic members in the group and can keep an absolutely straight face while being sarcastic. It's not been long since I became an army. Tho I know of kpop, I'm not really the one you would call a kpop fan, just a casual listener who would like a song if it sounds good. I heard of BTS a long time ago but just let it pass by (and now I regret it). It all started with V when I watched him in Hwarang, he's not even the lead role but he left a pretty big impression on me, not because of his looks but he leaves this gentle and heartwarming aura, that even tho he's acting you can tell that this person is also really heartwarming in real life, and I was right, his role is pretty close to how he is behind the scenes, no wonder how badly they wanted to cast him in that drama that they never gave up until BH gave their approval (as what I've read from others, tho i'm not sure how accurate is this was). I came across comments that V bias/stans only admired him for his looks, if that's the case maybe I had been a kpop fan since long ago, there are a lot of pretty good looking idols out there and my friends keeps on showing me that left and right. Personally, tho i appreciate good looks, it's not easy for me to get attracted and get attached, you won't win me with looks and talent alone. With that said, it's really thanks to Taetae that I came to know BTS and their music, these seven beautiful young men and the family that BH and them are. I'm younger than him but he gives me this feeling of adoration as if I'm older and a part of his family. Not to say that he's also very filial. His quirkiness and cheekiness just adds to his charms. He may appear as beast on stage and becomes a hottie in front of foreign cams. But he's just a softie all in all. He may appear as an introvert, serious and mysterious recently but if you watch behind the scenes and recent run episodes (in short those filming which feels like home to him, not the guesting and interviews), he's still the adorable fellow we all knew but quite mellow than when he was younger. Yes, Tae has the best sense of humor! Jimin is pretty moody at times! Plus, he is the world #1 best-looking man! Jimin & JK are like# 4 & 5! V was gonna be a farmer, can you imagine! FYI DT taehyung is the most social butterfly of them all. He is very friendly and makes friends within minutes. V is so not an introvert. He is an extrovert so much so that he helped even JK who was back then an introvert to be more comfortable with himself. JK himself in several interviews credited V for allowing him to be more free. This video is mostly of him in his early BTS years so you can see a lot more of his extrovert side. He is just more mature now and know when it is appropriate to show his extrovert side. What I like about V is that he stays true to himself and is not afraid to show his feeling no matter what people say. So much so that he sometimes get hate from anti who misunderstands him. The fact that these are all old clips speaks volumes. If you look back at BTS' earlier vlogs and videos you would see that Taehyung was very extroverted and played a lot. Now he's way more mature and subdued, which is why people perceive him as introverted and shy. It makes me laugh, but also makes me emotional. Taehyung has grown so much and he continuously improves himself.

But V’s a very sincere boy who likes to have fun with the people he loves. I think one of the reasons V changed is because as he gets more famous, he faced more two-faced relationships that took advantage of him rather than seeing him as his normal self. It’s unfortunate but I think that’s why he’s known to cherish genuine friends and family so much. At 2017 his change was most noticable and fans worried a lot as he went through a series of hardships but i’m still so proud of who he is now.

Tae is actually super outroverted and the most social among the members. He has made sevral friends in the bathroom at brodcasting stations (yes, bathroom) because they're born the same year as him, so he tells them that, and then that's it, they're friends.
He used to be super loud, always goofing off, very childlike personality, it was all very innocent, but he calmed down alot after a clip of him created controversy. I think he still jokes around and is loud when the camera is not on, but he is much more aware of the camera now. And he grew up, it would make sense that he's more calm and mature in his mid-twenties compared to his late teens.
He also has a very big imagination, and often goes into this "Taetae World" as the members say, meaning he just start zoning out as his mind wanders. which might look like he dosen't want to participate in things. he also has EXTREME resting bitch face, so he looks angry when he's not.

Tae was a social butterfly who was excited to make friends with everyone he met but he has become more selective with friendships because he said he realised some people only wanted to be friends with "V from BTS". He now only surrounds himself with people who love him for himself. I understand this way of thinking because I used to be like that too (more unguarded and trusting when I was younger) and I've definitely mellowed down a lot more as the years go by. I think it's just part of growing up and learning from experiences.

I am so glad that you just witnessed V's high school era. Most of these clips are between 2013~ 2015. He went through a lot to become and is a man in 20s, so he is a bit more reserved. Tae has always been very open and not ashamed to be goofy. He used to get teased alot for his "weird" personality. All the boys have said his the one of the ones who makes all them laugh. He is also remembers all the Choreography.. He has a different way of thinking than others do. He has just matured is all. I would say hes more if an Ambivert. Taehyung is the social butterfly of the group. Wherever they go he makes friends with people. In fact, Jimin told a story about his first day of high school in Seoul. Coming from Busan (Busan dialect) he was really shy, but Tae came by his class and told everyone that Jimin was a friend of his and that they should treat him well. (Although they were in the same grade, Tae had come to Seoul earlier than Jimin and was already popular at school.)

in my opinion Tae is the member who changed quite a lot throughout the years. I think he's been through a lot in his personal life (losing family members, dealing with criticism, etc.) which forged him into the man that he is today. He's also been a bit more reserved since 2016-2017
Lol Tae is not an introvert quite the opposite he’s very extroverted he used to smile all the time but now he doesn’t as much.He mentioned before that he used to want to be friends with everybody but it became harder because people only wanted to be friends with him because he’s in BTS. He also said that people thought he was kinda dumb because he smiled so much and now that he doesn’t smile as much people think he is 2 serious. People used to call him Alien V because he is really weird and was always saying and doing random things at first he liked it but later I think he mentioned how he didn’t really like the nickname I think because some people got the impression that he was dumb. @@annawarwick4307 yes his grandfather died right before they went to Malta that's why he didn't fly out with them and arrived a few days later. That was a rough period for the boys. Jin lost his grandmother approximately a month before Tae lost his grandfather.
Korean Plastic surgeons are getting a lot of requests from patients to get V's features like his unusual big eyes with no double eyelids and they also say his face is perfect. They say he attracts so many because he has the female and male features in his face so it is very attractive. You should watch V at the MMAs I think where he did the part as the evil one (Blood Sweat and Tears) on stage behind Jin. He scared me with his acting there, very scary. You should watch Hwarang, too. At the beginning of BTS it was though they were only 6 members because they hid V. Pang PD later said in an interview it was because he did not want V signing to any other agency or being discovered. The fact that he can look like an anime character. He has a really good heart too and has actually helped fans, one in particular while playing a game found out the person's family member needed a blood donor and he found one. All the boys have great hearts, Jimin one time researched what a fan should do for an ailment and told another to go to the doctor straight away for their sprained neck. RM and SUGA with their advice and concern. The list goes on as J hope, Jin and JK are amazing, too with their caring sides.

I think, as he's grown up, he doesn't feel as forced to be super smiley or show that he's an extrovert. Now he just does whatever he wants. He's still an extrovert, you can see that in Bon Voyage and Run episodes but he's also become more cautious. Same with Jungkook.

It's not been long since I became an army. Tho I know of kpop, I'm not really the one you would call a kpop fan, just a casual listener who would like a song if it sounds good. I heard of BTS a long time ago but just let it pass by (and now I regret it). It all started with V when I watched him in Hwarang, he's not even the lead role but he left a pretty big impression on me, not because of his looks but he leaves this gentle and heartwarming aura, that even tho he's acting you can tell that this person is also really heartwarming in real life, and I was right, his role is pretty close to how he is behind the scenes, no wonder how badly they wanted to cast him in that drama that they never gave up until BH gave their approval (as what I've read from others, tho i'm not sure how accurate is this was).
I came across comments that V bias/stans only admired him for his looks, if that's the case maybe I had been a kpop fan since long ago, there are a lot of pretty good looking idols out there and my friends keeps on showing me that left and right. Personally, tho i appreciate good looks, it's not easy for me to get attracted and get attached, you won't win me with looks and talent alone.
With that said, it's really thanks to Taetae that I came to know BTS and their music, these seven beautiful young men and the family that BH and them are.
I'm younger than him but he gives me this feeling of adoration as if I'm older and a part of his family. Not to say that he's also very filial. His quirkiness and cheekiness just adds to his charms. He may appear as beast on stage and becomes a hottie in front of foreign cams. But he's just a softie all in all.
He may appear as an introvert, serious and mysterious recently but if you watch behind the scenes and recent run episodes (in short those filming which feels like home to him, not the guesting and interviews), he's still the adorable fellow we all knew but quite mellow than when he was younger.

The fact that these are all old clips speaks volumes. If you look back at BTS' earlier vlogs and videos you would see that Taehyung was very extroverted and played a lot. Now he's way more mature and subdued, which is why people perceive him as introverted and shy. It makes me laugh, but also makes me emotional. Taehyung has grown so much and he continuously improves himself.
