As a falcons fan, I'd take 5+ superbowl victories if I knew in 10 years our franchise would come to a burning halt. Worth every second of it. Lol
6 Super Bowls, one of which was donated by the Falcons.
Once you’ve been on top for so long it’s even harder to be bad. As a falcons fan you wouldn’t know
Same man. Falcons fan also. These people are so spoiled. Saying good they want the patriot way to die with belichick is so dumb lmao.
@@joeyperry3931They were always bad, Tom was just that good
I will say it’s been worth it, I’m fine with it honestly
As a pats fan , bill has been notorious for letting go of people that aren’t producing . He’s been an ass to all our legends and I’ve stood by it because we’ve won . It’s been 4 years since Brady’s been gone . Our team has sucked and he’s done some decisions that would have gotten any coach or GM fired . If Bill doesn’t accept the fact he has to bring someone in to take care of the GM role , he needs to go . He can’t expect to have grace when he’s been doing the same to our greats for decades . It’s just business bill and you aren’t producing
Well said
💯, he has definitely lost the Midas touch, as far as personnel is concerned. He definitely had a crazy knack for knowing exactly when to cut bait on star players. It seems like he wants to hold on until he passes Shula, and then he walks away.
No loyalty
Pats fan here . FIRE him he’s old and outdated.
Tbh tho I think he does deserve a longer leash. It’s hard to replace a qb, nevermind a qb/te/mlb/k/cb ect. The whole team reset and we all went into this year knowing we weren’t a playoff team yet suddenly everyone’s upset over it.
Give him one more year after this, that’s my opinion. Because even with Johnu and Juju, we also got Gonzo, Judon, Stevenson, Jonathan Jones, Jack Jones, Uche, ect.
Imagine firing Belichick just to hire Josh McDaniels as the next coach 🤣
Bro don't give him any ideas
They’d be better with no coach
That would be amazing😂
Hell nah 😂😂😂 hopefully it's Jerod Mayo
Soon
How about we notice that not only was Tom Brady a once in a 100 year QB but he made Kraft and Belichick Hall of Famers.
Saying this acting like Brady was carrying the pats lmao like he just did everything with no help is INSANE lmao

Continuing to disrespect what Brady was able to do, and yes that includes improving even the defense, is what is INSANE lmao.
Bill had no problem shipping players out to do what’s “best” for the team so he shouldn’t have a problem getting his ass shipped too.
I can't wait to watch BB win a SB with the Cowboys and the Patriots stuck in mediocrity for 25 years. No coach could win with this QB. And no GM would have passed on Jones with the 15th pick.
Browns fans would take him. They don't like Stefanski but are real high on their talent right now. They probably feel Bill would put them over the top, plus he has history there.

As someone from Boston, The Boston Globe is absolutely not who I am trusting with any sort of reliability based reports. Even walking through their office, which I do regularly, their entire aurora screams "just say anything for the headlines to gain traffic." Definitely not the people I'm going to as a reliable source.
That’s all legacy media trying to remain relevant and not go out of business.
A shame if he gets treated the way he treated players

I don't know where your getting your info from but players love him.
@@justincathcart1978 ask those who he's cut or traded
They should give Bill the money as a severance package. But i still believe that they should take away his general manager duties before they fire him
yes. that seems to be the problem.
The problem is that Brady isn.t there anymore to cover his mistakes@@spaveevo
Yes he doesn't know how to build an elite team in today's high octane NFL.
@@stephanea5364 never heard of rebuilding years..
I also believe he'll walk away if Kraft takes the general manager position away from him. He shouldn't be able to touch the draft picks and Free agents. He really doesn't know what a good player is anymore. The nfl has changed so much in just the past 10 years.
"Yeah sure Bob. Let me go. I'll tell everyone what really happened in those massage parlors"
Jesus 🙏
Bill would know he was right there with him probably suckin him off. Lol
Lol. I’m sure he wants people to forget about that.
Let's be honest here. The Patriots dynasty is more Tom Brady than Belichick.
I agree to an extent but a lot of this is recency bias. Brady always had an elite defense. They always drafted well. And Brady always was on the more disciplined team. Go look at Brady’s #’s in their first 3 super bowls. He wasn’t spectacular. I think it ultimately comes out to Bill being outdated to the modern game.
The first SB was the only SB that TB was just a piece. Game was different back then so the numbers won’t be as gaudy but TB was the driving force in the other 5. Not to take away from the defense’s bc they were certainly elite.
Bill Belichick isn't a QB! DUH! QB's have a greater influence on a game than a coach! DUH! **FYI : Since 2000 Belichick has had over 120 Pro Bowl & AP 1st team selections! A record! So everyone shut up!! He's the G.O.A.T.!!
@@quentincrisp6933 why so mad Douche? 😄
Than*
This has already been decided... the patriot way was actually the Brady way
🤦🏻♂️ you don’t know ball. First 3 were all Bill and the defense, middle 2 losses were a combo, next 3 appearances were all Brady, and then the last one was Bill or a combo (shut down the best offense in the league idk how you can credit that to Brady)
It was both of them. It’s quite obvious
@@eliyarrows2456meh. Bill wasn’t really good til Brady. I think it was mostly Brady.
brady wasnt good till bill bro@@imanoldurango8213
Some people are still blind to that, they'll say Bill's defense is responsible but forget that even with his great defense, he never won anything without Brady anyway. If his defense was that great and Tom not important, why Bill can't do better than ONE playoff win in TEN years without Tom?
@@eliyarrows2456 Nice try you ultra casual . The *ONLY* reason the Pats won their 2nd SB over Carolina in 2003 was because of Brady .He carried Belichicks horrific defense in that game to a win.. (Care For Specific Details?)
In 2002 Brady led the entire NFL in TD's and he was 4th in passing yards and because of Belichicks horrible defense *17th ranked* they missed the playoffs
In 2004 The Pats offense ranked 4th in the league and Brady was a 1st team Pro Bowler..
And you telling others they don't know ball??? That's hilarious 😂
Belichek’s philosophy has always been to let someone go a year early when he sees someone’s ability starting to fade. He should follow that same philosophy in regards to himself and bow out gracefully at seasons end. Something he should’ve done 2 years ago.
People like that are always happy to treat others as expendable, but don't think the same rules apply to them.
@@kwoylee5617So hypocrites?
@@tjz3158 Yup. And narcissism.
We all know that philosophy never applies to one’s self. That’s for everyone else.
100%.. idk the numbers but I'm willing to bet more than 85-90% of players have been traded during their last year.. he's treated players like property his whole career and now he's getting a taste of his own medicine..
It's kind of sad how connor doesn't seem to realize that the team sucks because of Bill. Like in his mind, this is mind this is all happening TO Bill, not BECAUSE of Bill.
It's really not all Bills fault though. This happens to every coach who finds so much success under a certain system. He would've done his legacy favors if he left with Brady.
Robert Kraft is smart enough to know that firing Belichick in season would be just as embarrassing for him, the Patriots, their fans, and a humiliation to their record of success.
If he is a smart as I think he is, he will take the highest road possible in honoring Belichick for his incredible achievements as he shows him door over the red carpet. Otherwise, Belichick's firing is seen as the weakening of the franchise by all.
💯
I seriously don’t know how they could fire Bill as a coach for failing to win during a season where everyone knew they were gonna win 6 games at max.
The Gm stuff could be true, but even then if he says he’ll leave all together if you remove that role from him then let him stay for another year.
I seriously don’t understand why people are so eager for him to leave. The team will only get worse lol let the man coach one more year and if it’s still a mess can him but I genuinely think 20 seasons of winning warrants more than 2 seasons to find a new franchise qb.
@@eliyarrows2456 agreed. I would keep him as coach at least through next season.
You mean the guy busted with his pants down around his ankles busted in a human trafficking sting. Pats are frauds.
Mark should be coaching.
Bill didn't forget how to coach. He just doesn't have the horses right now but the problem is that he's the one that picked the horses. That part of his job needs to change.

We need to be bad and hit on the draft picks before we can get better. I trust bills coaching, but I do question the drafting. Hopefully we get an actual good young QB
I'm confident Robert Kraft knows exactly how much he would owe BB if he gets fired. He doesn't need a media leak to be reminded of it. BB intentionally leaking it to make a statement would be a very immature thing to do.
Kraft has never lost track of a single penny. He knows exactly how much BB is owed, and how much he is willing to give to BB.
Yeah that honesty doesn’t sound like something Bill would do.

Been a Pats fan since the mid 70s! Bill needs to go now, he's obviously lost his ability to think clearly! Let's clean house now!!
Belichick has been saltier than ever during his press conferences lately. He hears what's being said and who knows how his relationship with the Krafts is right now so they may have a mutual parting of the way sooner than later in my opinion.
He’s always been pissy when the team is losing. That’s where the whole “where on to Cincinnati” thing came from, the team was 1-3 and just got blown out.
@eliyarrows2456 true.
He's literally had the same two-tone press conferences for more than two decades.
Dont take it personally Bill... Its business... 😂
As a Pats fan I have hope. We might actually get a good Qb in this upcoming draft and got cap. Regardless of what happens with Bill, there is something to look forward to. To truly rebuild, most teams need to be bad for a period. Every loss this year is actually a blessing as a Pats fan lol.
I don't why you guys constantly say get a new QB, who is he gonna throw to? What line is gonna protect him? Like bro work on the key pieces first and then work on the QB. Mac isn't the worst and we have seen him shine with decent players aka his rookie year.
