Haastattelu Moonsorrowista, yhdestä suosikki suomalaisesta bändistäni. Moonsorrow ja joitain muita suomalaisia bändejä -tapahtuman vuoksi opin suomen kieltä. Rakastan tätä suomen kieltä erittäin paljon, vaikka se olisi erittäin vaikeaa.
Hey... I'm Hungarian, and I swear we sing the right lyrics! :D I did it yesterday too in the gig. Finnish pronunciation is not so hard for a Hungarian :) Greetings
Thank You Mitja, Thank You for mentioning Hungary! You're my favourite band ever, come back soon here, we need you :) The Alexi Laiho Survival Kit is awesome though :D
Very interesting and well done interview. It seems like the interviewer is genuinely interested and has done some good research. Very nice! The Guys seem so easygoing and cool. And also...Mitja Harvilahti is very easy on the eyes!
Haha, the correction of Tähdetön to Huuto (7:10 - 7:12), what a fail to get those 2 great songs in a doubt, although, I appreciate the correction...Cause it WAS Huuto, and not Tähdetön...
I am so fine, that I found this video. Interview of Moonsorrow, one of my favorite finnish band. Because of Moonsorrow and some other finnish bands, I am learning Finnish. I love this language very much even if it is very difficult to learn.
Also different dialects sounds very different from each other. Idk if foreigners can notice it, but if you compare these guys (Helsinki dialect) to for example the Kalmah guys, who speak Oulu dialect it's very different. And then people in Turku speak differently and those from Savo are almost incomprehensiple to other finns, and so on.
That's pretty rare actually. That was the second metal band I have seen in YLE's morning show. The other one was Stam1na, which has sold many gold albums and one platinum in here. Moonsorrow is pretty unknown even in it's home country and I was really surprised to see these guys on this show.
*Who is she Alexi Laiho's sister?, hot!, and Hungary have roots & ties to Finland, they can sing along because ugric languages are similar. Hungarian language is Finno-Ugric. Moonsorrow are great, I wouldnt be here today if it wasn't for Finnish & Hungarian black metal.*
+Salvador Calderón Yes, that is correct. The full name of the track is Jumalten Kaupunki/Tuhatvuotinen Perintö and what they're playing is the end part.
This is one of the reasons I love to be finnish. Interviewing folk metal band in morning show. That's how we roll in Finland...
Indeed, it is amazing and it sounds surreal for us here in Brazil...

There's no such thing as a bad Moonsorrow song.
He did his vocals in a forest?! That's so epic!!

*Its because Hungary have roots & ties to Finland, look it up, ugric languages are similar. Hungarian language is Finno-Ugric.*
Actually, most of Moonsorrow songs opened for me after very few listening times.
Thank You Mitja, Thank You for mentioning Hungary! You're my favourite band ever, come back soon here, we need you :)
The Alexi Laiho Survival Kit is awesome though :D
They say that their songs are not good for background music. How can they say that? Their music is the background music of my LIFE!!!
How awesome is it that Moonsorrow is interviewed on a morning show. My country sucks.
Moonsorrow is one of the best bands
7:13 the song being played here is not Tähdetön, it’s Huuto

Thank u so much Kimmo!! you are the best!!!

Finnish sounds cool, but strange. The words end very abruptly.
it's - the way - he talks(Mitja).
They're just taking time to think about what they're going to say, you wouldn't normally speak finnish with these kinds of pauses
Also different dialects sounds very different from each other. Ja jos nyt lähetään ihan hiusta halkomaan nii Kalmahin ukot on Pudasjärveltä, jossa puhutaan hieman erilailla kuin Oulussa.
@@ilikevideos4868 the same goes for every country in the world. Different dialects on each side of all countries.
@Juuueeel Tää on telkkarista dvd:lle tallennettu, ja konvertoitu siitä wmv:ksi.
thehe. fans becoming more interested in finnish language? definitely true. this is one of many reasons i'm studying finnish linguistics now ^^°
Heyyyyyy thanks a lot! I've been wondering how to download a streamed video, and even if I managed I wouldn't understand a word, haha!
Ville, I love you!

6 years later, I hope your life is good and the bear didn't eat you. Unless you volunteered as bear food, of course.
Great mind fuck of a Language! I love it!
Purrrrrr Mitja
Yeah!! ♥️
The interview with Alexi Laiho should be on top of the propositions on the right.
@kaakatin niinpä, enpä ole koskaan huomannut että Aamu-tv:ssä olisi ollut mitään kiinnostavaa mutta näköjään siinä on >.
I wonder if there is any way to watch those recordings footages showned during this interview?
