Those weed slashers are God's gift for blade making! Lovely job on the Knife. I think, because of it's thinness, it probably slashes better than the original, and it certainly stabs as well.
Thats a pretty big knife! It turned out really nice especially considering the rustic build. I have a couple smaller cousins of this knife basically a boot or neck knife and one about 3/4 the size.
Excellent mate, I want to do one of these this year. I had an original one which I sold when times were hard. Really regret that, it was the only thin my dad ever gave me. I`d buy one if you make some more.
I did that with a full pack of drill bits the other day I searched everywhere for them, found them and then I put them down somewhere for safe keeping and now I haven't got a clew where I put them. 😂
