I believe the B button removes it off the system

So, the reset removes all the pairing. How do I add just a pairing back without a factory reset which loses all the programmed combinations?

I may answer this question incorrectly but I think this would be done on the app if you wanted to complete it.

Hi did you figure this out. I am having a hard time trying to find how to pair after the reset.

During pairing. It connects then beeps red.

I held mine for three seconds and it didn’t turn blue what do i do?

Try holding for 10 seconds

i have the same issue holding the A button for 3 or 10 or 30 seconds I never get a blue light not sure what's wrong?

@@lindseykobe8618 I ended up calling kwikset and returning it for a new one it was all free and they were really helpful and understanding
