- This customer came to us looking to replace another brand's 6" lift so we set him up with the best! This Powerstroke Ford Super Duty got treated to a 4.5" lift Carli Suspension E-Venture System with Innov8 wheels and 37" Nitto Ridge Grappler tires. We also installed a Baja Designs foglight kit, and OEM Ford winch kit in the factory front bumper.

A long bed truck like this looks wayyyyy sexier than short beds.
Longs beds are the best,better looking and better for work and towing/hauling,short beds are for the most part pavement princesses,
...and they (the long beds) should offer a better ride, too.

@@CJCOffRoad dude, I'd let you interview me, if the Carli setup is as good as you say it is, I'd tell everyone, no offense but truck owner feedback would put a ton of potential customers over the hump and move forward
How are the long travel airbags adjusted? Is it a flip of a switch? Is there a monitor gauge?
How much would a full upgrade like this cost if i were to do it to f250 platinum regular box, i want everything the video talks about, besides different tires?

Do the long beds generally ride better than the short beds?
Great content as always. Assuming the obvious here but I just want a confirmation. The difference between a 2.5 and a 4.5 with 35 versus 37 would be a height difference of 3 inches at the rear top of the bed edge. I would like to go with the 37 set up but I need to make sure the fifth wheel will still have a clearance it needs. Thanks in advance Cody if you can answer this
Assuming both trucks are on 37s, roof height is 86” for the 5.5" and 84” for the level height system. The level height kit has a 60.5” bed rail height and the 4.5/5.5 system has a 62.5” bed rail height.

I tow a fifth wheel and I want my truck lower. Is that even possible to lower a 4x4.
It is possible, but you will notice an immediate decrease in ride quality.
But this work with a flat tray camper?
Love these videos. Looks like a Carli system for my ‘17 platinum is in the near future. Dumb question In the meantime, could someone tell me what brand/model of front bumper that is? I assume it is in fact aftermarket. I would love to get it for my superduty. TIA.
That's actually a factory front bumper, with the factory Ford winch option installed.

The beauty of a Carli Suspension system is the modularity! If you already have a Backcountry system you will only need the E-Venture shock package to upgrade your system!
I'd love to know what brand lift it had before Carli & CJC! I understand that they don't want to drag anyone through the mud but I'd still like to know...
It had the top of the line Rough Country with their 2.5” diameter shocks.

Yep! You can run either the Carli Long travel bags on a 4.5" system, or the Full Travel bags we offer on a level height system.

At least plug the Christmas tree clips back in to the wheel well liners to hold the hoses and wire harnesses if you’re going to video the shock reservoirs.

It’s long bed or nothing for me,I won’t even give a short bed a second look,trucks are made for work,both of mine run my business towing my gooseneck dump trailer,my trucks make me money,I see too many pavement princesses driving around being wasted,I see so many guys at the landfill trying to back up a trailer,I just shake my head and keep on keeping on,just because someone can drive a truck doesn’t mean they know how to operate it,I’ll wait on the butt hurt posers to chime in
