Unlike other artist who NEED to be recognized for their perceived "legacy", Madonna does not. And she isn't close to retiring, even at 65. And if she looks exhausted, it's not from performing. It's probably from dealing with critics like you, since day one of her career. From being called a tart, talentless, a one-hit-wonder who will fade quickly, a slut, a whore, old, the devil, and much much more.
