STATE GUN LAWS: Unjustly punish and permanently remove 2nd amendment gun rights for drinking & driving offenses! (CONTINUE READING!)
Who is the injured party to question in court and who is the victim when all DUI offenses are pullover-and-blow arrests void of accident, incident, victim, or injured party?
This crazy law clearly denies Jurisprudence!
State law says 3 DUIs in a lifetime create a permanent non-reversible felony. These newly created (Mom & Dad) "non-violent" FELONS cannot ever hunt, protect themselves, their wealth, or their families by firearm! Permanent Felons/Eternal Slaves!!! (If a person has no right to defend their life, there is no right to life!)
The CRAZY LAW has a nexus with federal law and is based on imaginary death and destruction created by MADD!
The crazy law does not distinguish between "having a victim or injured party" vs "victimless" without a victim or injured party! (Simple pullover & blow arrests!)
When DUIs are in fact 100% victimless & non-violent, without having any injured party or victim to confront in court, the severity of eternal punishment should never eternally remove 2nd amendment gun rights ... IRONICALLY the law allows the DUI driver to keep their driving privileges while eternally removing their 2nd amendment. (Ironic)
The current law clearly lacks distinction between the two classes (Victim/Victimless) offenses!
THE OBSCURE CRAZY LAW INVENTS SLAVERY AND SERVITUDE, OUT OF THIN AIR!!.....

Where shooters typically target firearms are usually restricted. This means that one has to choose to break policy or law or both. This is why they are considered statistical unicorns.

Let us also not forget that firearms are an enumerated individual right. Smoking is not. Ar-15s haven't been issued in a military. There is no such thing as the U.S. government for example issuing smith and wesson m&p15s semi automatic .223 rifles. The military uses selective fire .223 rifles and more currently selective fire .277 fury rifles.

    • @harrypeterson9287
      @harrypeterson9287 2 года назад +3

Not to nitpick but technically the AR-15 consists of a huge family of different configurations of the same initial base platform. Barrel length, caliber, optics and many other things including select fire capability don't change the fact that it's an AR-15. (Don't forget about semi auto SPR/DMR type rifles used by the military by the way).
Think of it like an engine platform. A Honda Civic can have a bone stock motor making 160 horsepower, or it could be turbocharged and modified to run on nitromethane making 800 horsepower. Either way it's still a Honda Civic motor.
Eugene Stoner designed and named the AR-15 long before it was available to the public, this initial design was given the designation M-16 by the US Army.
It was only when Colt bought the patent that they made the semi automatic version which they sold to the public as the SP-15.

The name AR-15 has absolutely no connection to being civilian or semi automatic.

Story from the land of the semi automatic knife about concealed weapons law....
Around 1991 or 1992 i lived in a place called Queanbeyan NSW that is located immediate adjacent the ACT (Australian Capital Territory) of which most foreigners will know, is the city of "Canberra", Australia's national capital.
Not of actual essence is the national capital built for the wealthy, however, it can be viewed as having every level of society although it does not properly have any poverty districts because it is an unusual capital that is screened of people whom could be dangerous(makes a mild or undeclared Apartheid of "anyone deemed unsafe by the authorities for some reason").
So if you are a low income earner, unemployed or ordinary person without a good wage, the chances are you will live across the ACT border in New South Wales in Queanbeyan, just a step over the invisible border line between the two.
Canberra is a large sprawling city, Queanbeyan a large town it is home to standard one eighth acre suburban home blocks and many streets of medium and low rise poor and low income earner flat units.
As anyone knows, these high density population poverty areas can be quite dangerous with a high crime rate of that, Queanbeyan is no exception.
Until around mid 1980's, Australia did not have 24 hour shops or service stations (Gas stations) except as truck stops on major highways or major routes. I often remember where i had lived always going to local truck stops in the PM hours if i needed cigarettes or a cup of coffee too.
One night in Queanbeyan where i lived for around a year i near got into a fight with thugs that were at the all night service station (Gas station) in Central Queanbeyan, somewhere in the early AM hours and had also been present when customers at such hours were committing abusive argument toward the cashier that led to the police being called or they were thrown out of the shop. It is interesting too, to note this particular service station (Gas station) is only just over 100 meters away from the Queanbeyan police station (particularly with reference to the difference of crime and violence and population types living in Canberra or Queanbeyan compared).
The Queanbeyan police station building has been replaced around a decade back, it was a multi level solid cement building "alike" multi level commercial office buildings sometimes nicknamed "Hitlers Bunker" because it only had an entry front door and a rear vehicle door and no windows.
Police in Queanbeyan are New South Wales state police, Police in Canberra are either ACT police or AFP Australian Federal Police.
I lived around a kilometre or two from the 24 hour service station, and a night or two after the argument i had with the thugs at that service station (Lowe street petrol station - whatever brand it was in the early 1990s) i found i was out of cigarettes but "i remembered how close the argument became to real violence requiring a weapon".
As i remember Queanbeyan, it was not dissimilar of danger of violent crime to what i found recently and in the 1990s there were people bashed attacked robbed stabbed and i think also shot in that Lowe street service station in the 1990s as has occurred recently in the past five years to 2022 (and thereabouts while i was at the service station personally)!
I got my hunting knife in its sheath and put it under the drivers seat of my car (i don't remember if it were the 5 1/2" or 9" version). Remember, in USA "concealed carry" is any firearm not in the boot of the car or not disassembled.
In Australia, police do not need a search warrant and it is also illegal for citizens to carry a knife of more than two inch blade in public or any fixed blade knife (referred to as a cutting implement) in public.
I started the drive down the hill from the flat units block and turned into a suburban road to go to the 24 hour Lowe street service station when police pulled me over and asked their usual questions "where are you going tonight" and "have you had anything to drink recently", then they said they want to search my vehicle.
They found the knife under the seat, i explained it had been dangerous around the service station in Lowe street for me and mentioned the cashiers problems (just accounting the point) but was told i would require to be arrested and charged because i have a concealed weapon and i have endangered the controls of the vehicle by placing an unrestrained object where it could become a nuisance to the foot pedals.
I was taken back to Hitler Bunker in the police car and charged with having a concealed weapon and negligent driving. My explanation for the knife being where it was was to prevent it being either concealed and in case of requiring it extremely quickly at the service station (the service station night cashiers knew who i was at the time as a regular every few nights).
I sat in the dock in Hitlers Bunker for five hours while i listened to the ACT police radio and NSW police radio coordinating a search for a prisoner that escaped from an ACT prison facility. Sometime around 4 hours later, one of the voices on the radio was quite distinct, and was telling them where nto look of which their replies five minutes later said they cannot find anyone of which around ten minutes later they found two squad car members walking on a dirt track because the prisoner had stolen their vehicle after they stepped out of it.
That all played out like the "Hitler Parodies on youtube - Hitler Finds Out..."
Eventually i was given two very heavy fines for both offenses and eventually a few years later when i did not pay them around two weeks in prison an action known in the British prisons system for misdemeanor as fine cutting.
The following is what happens around Lowe street as it did also in the 1990s.
While the following are 2020s thereabout, it hasn't changed, possibly since the day it became (begat is a word i suppose)
"Police shoot man armed with shotgun who 'refused to surrender' in standoff with six officers"
    www.9news.com.au/national/queanbeyan-man-shot-by-police-petrol-station-incident/55e3778c-1dc8-4ccf-ac2e-cab04a766b50
"One dead and one arrested after Boxing Day assault in Queanbeyan"
    aboutregional.com.au/one-dead-and-one-arrested-after-boxing-day-assault-in-queanbeyan/
This next is the truck stops in north west Queanbeyan, i've been in some heavy violent arguments in those service stations (Gas stations) too.
"Two teen attackers sentenced over murder of Queanbeyan service station attendant"
    www.abc.net.au/news/2020-05-01/teenagers-sentenced-over-nsw-service-station-murder/12205656
The only trouble here is finding all of this in the early 1990s to defend those long gone convictions because the internet and the archives do not really go back that far, neither the search engines, but the fact remains that the Lowe street service station may be able to made into "a book of all of this" unlike the ACT, i'm sure while i was living in Queanbeyan one of the Lowe street cashiers was murdered or at least the closest action to it, and potentially as often is, by robbery by youths, i vaguely remember a gun being drawn in an argument in the shop apart hearing (pardon the pun) of shooting arguments.
Lowe street service station possibly could rival all the ACT and would prove my case i had little choice in being prepared for the violence at that time around that date.
The point is quite parallel to the case of Batterham in Newcastle relating the point of it all for the actions that produced the charges.
    www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2019/nov/20/benjamin-batterham-found-not-guilty-of-murdering-intruder-he-found-in-newcastle-home
Thankfully, it's only a point for long gone misdemeanor charges and fines.
Too, as service station owners in the USA you could ask yourself how many times have you had an armed robbery, you may be doing well! , This one in Australia may be worse than some in the USA where pistol carry is legal! (albeit potentially an anomaly)
