another cruise along the Nile brings back memories and even though I have trvelled a lot no place can be compared to the magic of the scenery along that mystic river
I went and spent 12 days in Egypt and on the Nile cruise in 2013 when they had major political turmoil in Cairo .i traveled alone on the tour and had the best time ever.. My photos of me in the place's shown here are of me and no other tourist's has they stayed away at this time. The guides were brilliant.the people wonderful. My favourite Egypt video... I'm going to Egypt in 2 months and I can't wait to see all these great places by myself. I'm inspired by your video to film my own trip.
Amazing to think all those kings and queens traveled that same route you're taking. Walked on those same stones. So close, yet centuries apart. This is definitely something I hope to do at least once in my lifetime.
Great video - I have been to Egypt twice, best country I have been to; lovely people with a great sense of humour, and you certainly know you have been abroad.

I must say your videos of Egypt are the best! I've been preparing for my trip and been binge watching all videos about Egypt. Most of these vloggers are just plain annoying, playing loud obnoxious music, making weird noises (smacking lips, breathing too hard on mic) where I cannot enjoy or finish watching the vlogs. But your videos are amazing, relaxing and informative without all the annoyance of most ppl here on RUclips.
your videos is just amazing i would like to recommend nice egyptian music you will really like it ( DLD ayoub sister ya zain) i like the music on your video and the landscape and everyhing as egyptian i am really grateful for your awesome vlogs i saw my country again but with a diffrent kind of spirit on your videos i really appreciate your efforts .
that was a luxurious trip hoping to travel there in the future, did they eat camel or horse? I would like to work on that cruise ship, does anybody have ideas what companies these cruises are?

@@StuartsTRAVELvideos Thanks for the reply - I am planning a cruise for October. I will contact the tour organiser today - I missed the tour organiser's name when looking at your text first time around. My biggest problem was finding flights to/from Luxor from northern Europe - I do not want to fly with EgyptAir as I 'need a drink' when flying for five (5) hours.
I watched the video and thank you for posting. I just found the amateur transitions annoying. jump cuts would have been much better with not so many crossfades.
Mijn tips? Laat het los. Go with the flow. :-)
Hey Stuart, long time no chat. Loved the film. I’ve been planning to go down to Aswan since we were there in ‘86 and ‘87. Great shots, though I would definitely have got a BCU on the donkey riding it’s mother. 😂 Paul
Thanks, Paul. I still follow you and your family on YT. I'm glad that you are still healthy and enjoy eating out. :-) We wanted to go on a Nile cruise for a long time but felt Egypt wasn't safe enough. Then, in 2019, it felt the right time. A good decision of course, as the corona pandemic started in 2020. Because of that we will not be flying any time soon but will go on holiday by car in Europe. And that's fine with me. Take care!
Egypt is the most dangerous place for tourists in the world. Read up on the recent case of Giulio Regeni, the poor Italian university student who was abducted off the street by egypian police and ended up repeatedly tortured and homosexually raped by the local police chief, before being finally murdered and his body dumped by the same police who abducted him. The real horror is that Regeni was just one, while egyptian lawyers and activists state that at least twenty thousand young egyptians suffer a similar fate at the hands of egyptian military and police EVERY YEAR. For God's sake, do not let your young people travel to this mad, cruel, corrupt country, run by thugs and perverts. Do not go there yourself. Once the police decide to abduct you, to rob, rape or whatever, your chances of getting out alive are negligible. Read up on the Regeni case. The police lied repeatedly and refused to co-operate with international investigations. But the truth got out, in piecemeal fashion, in the end. But, the horror is in the real numbers of more than twenty thousand Egyptian Regenis who die awful deaths EVERY YEAR in this sick, and dangerous nest of perverts and thugs.
You keep saying lies , Egypt is safe and millions are coming every year and they have great memories . I am wondering what is the reason after spending more than half an hour to write your stupid comment ? Who paid you to write that .
