You know you live in a bad area when they lock up ice cream instead of drug dealers.
putting locks on the freezers is only going to have criminals waiting in the background as a pretend customer requests something that's locked. As soon as the clerk unlocks the freezer the group of criminals will raid the freezer. Walgreens is only helping the criminals to be more organized.

a city with no shops open, mayor: “we need more fundings to fix this”
use to live right next door to this. the homeless problem in this area where families live is sad
The system is broken and the people that run that city are to blame. No punishment means more crime.
The fools that vote for them are the blame
I think this store should put up a wall between a lobby area and the store shelves. People come in walk up to a window and ask for the items they want or order them online. They pay first then the items are brought to them. Criminals would not have access to the items so they couldn’t steal them.
And all shop, offers should be arrested and charged $5000 do three days in jail first offense, 3 months second offense, 1 year third offense etc..until they get the message.
Back in the 80's crack houses started installing steal doors. You put the money through the slot and they pass you what you paid for.
They should put the shopper in a bubble
if you don't have enough to pay for your item how are you paying $5,000?
Select employees should be specially trained and armed to stop these people
Shoplifter: "It's San Francisco, bro"
LMAO
Lock the doors and put a window outside and let people order ahead of time through an app on their cellphone.
Or hold them up with a gun Thur the window, how scary gor tge employee risking your life for a buck to deal with these animals
It's time for judges to start holding these folks accountable. Not just release. No, each time they steal, double the amount of days they spend in jail. Also, have multiple private guards that can detaine these suspects.
They obviously have no fear of stealing. Time to change that with jail time and fines. Fines should increase every time the person chooses to steal again.
Do you have any idea how expensive jails are to run??? And how overcrowded jails are? America has the highest prison population per capita in the world. We have 5% of the world's population but 25% of the world's prison population. The solution is not more jails. We are in a societal collapse, and the high crime rates are a symptom of the rot, not the cause of it.
@@peacefuldaizy5717 I disagree. The problem skyrocketed after voters passed Prop 47 and police became resentful and reduced their response. Then COVID happened and non-violent arrestees were released so they wouldn’t get COVID in jail and die. Then the state enacted a policy of letting arrestees out without bail.
That’s because you have a system where you can take and no one gets prosecuted. And if they do they are homeless so they don’t care if they go to jail. If anything it’s free food and a roof over there head.
This is crazy stuff. You should be able to beat on shop lifters with no repercussions and protect your own property
Good don’t challenge. That seems to be working. Defund the police. Right!
you black? You support defund the police and blm right?
This is way beyond that. The prisons are trying to keep their populations down. The DAs of each cojnty can really only send repeat felons and killers/(g)rapists to prison at this point. Otherwise, you have a revolving door with people racking up tons of fines and misdemeanor charges but no jail time.
Actually, anything below $1000 don't count as a crime to the police!
Good don't educate yourself. That seems to be working. Ban/burn the books. Right!
oscarsmith6519,
Do you just repeat stupidity because you are too lazy to see what they meant when the phrase defund the police began. All you have to do is google what did defund the police mean, hint, it doesn't mean what you think it does.
Well, just make sure that they don’t bring bolt cutters
They’re probably already planning that
@@vanpearsall I hope so! Let the annually purge begin 😂😂😂😂😂😂😈😈😈😈😈😈😈
I visited there for my birthday and let me tell you a beautiful city with so much history. The people who are stealing are not the true character of this city.
