Tea + toast + Angie video = an uplifting and inspirational way to start the day!! My 37 year old son stopped by and said "wow mom she's really good!" I said "yep, she's one of the best!" Mic drop!!
You do great work! I have been a professional painter and refinisher for 30 plus years. You have a great eye for color and detail. You even teach this old dog a few tricks. Much Respect!!
This really turned out beautifully, Angie! It still looks like a heavy well made piece of furniture but no longer does it seem like it would take up all the visual space in the room. Well done, You!
I usually pass up these old clunky pine pieces that look like they came out of little house on the prairie! But wow! Now I can see the beauty in the pine and this color lightens it up that is now very modern and not so clunky anymore!
Wow! That turned out gorgeous. Because you opened up the middle shelves it could easily be used as a buffet for a kitchen eating or dining area. You did a fantastic job with this.
Brilliant. I continue to be amazed at how you can take the most dated, dowdiest furniture (pine in this case) and make it look fresh and current. Plus, in saving these pieces from the landfill you are doing the work of the angels. Another incredible transformation.
Your knowledge, skills, creativity and design vision are just amazing. I’ve learned so much from you and just love watching your videos. This is a stunning piece of furniture now you’ve worked your magic on it.
Gorgeous, before nothing stood out other than the colour. Now you can see all the beautiful curves and detail. The hardware gives it a beautiful contrast. The two styles of finishes just enhances the style and wood. Wow, simply spectacular 😍
Ohh, yes... yes, yes! Those bare side columns make this piece look so monumental. They needed just that extra bit of love to make them stand proud. Perfect choice of finishes, Angie, and, as always - exceptional work. 👏👏👏
@@TranscendFurnitureGallery You're welcome. I watched so many of yours. Knowing I will probably never do it myself I would often watch the beginning first minutes then jump to the finale! 😆
Angie it is stunning. I usually do not like white with a white wash/pickled stain...but this piece needed and deserved it. You were right! Those curved edges and the top took the stain and made the white stand out. I would love to have this combo in my home. I love your videos and vision.
I never could have expected these results, and your choice of finishes are remarkable! Never been a fan of knotty pine furniture, but you just turned me onto it with this piece. The knotty pine entertainment center I recently flipped was painted, with the doors being a satin black and the top was stained black, showing some woodgrain. You gave this piece a classy makeover! Great job
My wife and I have stopped watching other furniture restoration videos, as they all seem amateur in comparison. To see a 3" brush used with such precision is a joy. The finished pieces are beautiful, please keep up the great work David & Pam North Staffordshire England
Angie, be very proud of your time and monetary investment on this beauty! I would consider this a Signature Transformation. An oversized piece became light and airy thanks to your expertise. I would love to have the same technique you utilized on the top surface on white oak hardwood flooring. Now if I could only locate the elusive money tree!
I Iove this woman! So talented. Just a suggestion if your struggling with a heavy piece take the draws out first. I have to do this with my antique pieces to clean behind.
I love this. Pine is a beautiful wood because each piece is different and you never know what it will do until it ... does! Someone is going to love this piece for a long time. Thanks for showing us how to do it!
This piece is stunning. I've been making my own stains for a few months now. Seeing I prefer using gel stains, I purchased Dixie Belle's No Pain Gel stain picking white. It's extremely thick and such a pleasure to use. I mix that with my other gel stains and seriously....its a game changer! Congratulations on this piece.
I really like how this turned out, and I think the middle drawers missing turned out to be a blessing, because it makes it even more unique. Well done!
I agree- one of my faves of this year! You’re killing me, Angie ( in a good way!) because now I’m going to go back and look at all those ugly pine pieces on FB marketplace and see if I can perform some magic. Your sense of color combos is incredible. Incredible!
Beautiful as always! I love the paint colour on this one Maybe you could post a video some day in real time where you don't edit out or speed up any of the stripping, sanding, priming and painting. I think a lot of people don't have a clue how much time and supplies are required to produce Angie results. And brains are also required 🤣
I love love this dresser. I have one similar to this I’ve been wanting to do. I will be doing it like this one you did. It’ll be an entertainment center when done. Thank you so much!
Wow! I think this is the most incredible transformation I’ve ever seen! It looks like a COMPLETELY different piece of furniture all together. I really do appreciate the time it takes to do this work and the videos and information you share with us. I’m still a newbie at this. And because I work a full time job, I don’t get to spend the time on refinishing like I want. It really makes me feel better when you talk about how long a piece actually takes you vrs edited video. It takes me a really long time and now I don’t feel like I’m doing something wrong! Lol! I save all of your videos for future references when I come across an issue I don’t know what to do about. Love your videos and your work. You are amazing and my favorite channel to watch. Thank you my friend!!
Another great piece and I think your idea of a 3-stage staining process is genius! I am not a big fan of old pine pieces with a lot of knots and yellowish wood, but this process makes the piece gorgeous.
I'm so excited, just bought Cashmere and can't wait to try it. They have a huge selection at Home Hardware in Chatham, so if you're ever down this way....the most enthusiastic salesperson I've ever seen.
I LOVE this! 😍 I love the light wood and the light paint color together and the unique way you divided up the layout of the painted and stained wood. I’ve been really annoyed lately trying to find a good natural wood stain color that isn’t too dark, yellow, or pulls pink. I finally figured out a combo using a white stain and the min wax color fruit land that I liked. I felt reassured seeing you use a similar staining method I did!
Hey just found your channel! Why did you choose to strip before sanding, could you have just started sanding? I'm new to this stuff, looking to paint a few of my pieces so I want to do it the best way! Thanks for your help!
You did an awesome job Angie this is beautiful 3 days is a lot of hard work however it paid off thank you so much for sharing have a great day and God bless you
You turned something that most people would use as fire wood and turned it into a beautiful piece of useable furniture . Great video. Keep them coming.
I like the safety warning! When I first got my sander I didn't realise it could hurt my ears. Used it once and immediately bought ear protection before using it again!
I am loving the bulky oversized mantel/grand antique staircase curves. The Casmere is very pretty with your combo wood stain. The color specialist that you are takes transcendence to new heights Angie! Bravo!!🌷
I love this change. What a great idea for color change from that original dark to the beautiful light. I have a long, thick pine trestle dining table from the 70s. You can still see the homework that was done on the table by reading the indentations. Boy I wish I had the talent to transform it like this. Great work
As usual, my mind is blown once again! You are so talented! This dresser is a piece of art. I’m getting ready to redo a small vintage dresser for the first time. Say a prayer for me. Lol
I swear, I had this exact dresser back in the day! It had a hutch on top of it. You really transformed it into something light and beautiful, out of something dark and heavy. I love how you combined the different stains. Great work!
Well, you did it again. Took a run down looking piece of furniture and made it GORGEOUS! You're one of the best furniture artists on RUclips. Keep em' coming.
The transformation of this piece is amazing. I tend not to like large, bulky, and dark pine furniture, and what you did to this dresser made it look much lighter (less bulky) and - well - elegant.
Cashmere is the perfect off white against the color you achieved by layering stains. The open drawer space looks like it was always meant to be there. You've even made me fall in love with the original hardware. This piece definitely transcended and took me with it. I gasped quite audibly during this reveal. Never before have I been a farmhouse enthusiast, so Joanna Gaines might start a new religion if she ever set eyes on this piece.
Your little vintage "sanding table" is gorgeous! I can't believe how beautiful this turned out. The shade really shows off it's curves! Another amazing job...another marathon weekend of Transcend Furniture Gallery, Thank You! So glad to have found you!
Originally this piece looked like a 70's waterbed but you've turned it into something timeless. Bravo!
Thank you so much for watching! 😊

You do great work! I have been a professional painter and refinisher for 30 plus years. You have a great eye for color and detail. You even teach this old dog a few tricks. Much Respect!!
I didn’t see your vision until you realized it.
This is ART!
Blown away. Seriously. You took something so beat up and outdated and breathed new life into it. I love it!
You can really see all the work you put into this piece. You took something really dated and clunky and turned it into a lovely modern dresser. 👍
Any day Angie puts up a video, is a good day!
Totally agree!!
Amen!!
👍👍
Definitely
I always click like before I see it, I’m confident it’s going to be amazing!
This successfully transcended big time. The creation of shelves in the middle created versatility. Love it.
Glad you like it! Thanks so much for watching!
This really turned out beautifully, Angie! It still looks like a heavy well made piece of furniture but no longer does it seem like it would take up all the visual space in the room. Well done, You!
You are a genius! I thought this was such a hideous piece of furniture at the start. You made it look like art. It came out beautiful.
I usually pass up these old clunky pine pieces that look like they came out of little house on the prairie! But wow! Now I can see the beauty in the pine and this color lightens it up that is now very modern and not so clunky anymore!
You are the Fairy Godmother of Cinderella furniture!!! Just wave your wand and it’s a true master piece. Thank you!
Wow! That turned out gorgeous. Because you opened up the middle shelves it could easily be used as a buffet for a kitchen eating or dining area. You did a fantastic job with this.
A beautiful modern twist on a heavy traditional vibe. Love it.
Glad you like it! 😀

That looks like a brand new piece in a furniture store holy cow. 😍
Wow, what a difference! That looks like a dresser that was sold with a waterbed back in the day. Amazing!
I love how you genuinely care for your craft and the pieces.
Thank you so much for watching!

Yayyyyyyyyyyy,,video of another wonderful piece,,,,,, beautiful
"See what I did there?" You are so cute. I love how this turned out. The work was evidently worth it.

I love what you did with the wood and the combination with the painted drawers and sides - amazing piece
Oh, yes yes yes! What a massive "Statement" piece!!!! Color, stain and design. Home run out of the park!
That is absolutely gorgeous! You have such a gift in being able to help old outdated pieces "transcend" to showstoppers! Well done again!!
Your vision for an older piece of furniture is truly a marvel and is transcended

I'm so glad you choose to create a RUclips channel. I always love watching you work on your creations.
It is 7am, made myself a cup of coffee and ready to watch this video. This is my favourite part of the day. Thank you Angie ❤
I Iove this woman! So talented. Just a suggestion if your struggling with a heavy piece take the draws out first. I have to do this with my antique pieces to clean behind.
This piece looks so good, even the handles are “smiling”! Lol
I love this. Pine is a beautiful wood because each piece is different and you never know what it will do until it ... does! Someone is going to love this piece for a long time. Thanks for showing us how to do it!
Really beautiful. This piece finally convinced my wife to furnish our new house with this kind of furniture. Thank you.
My favorite is your work. So far. It's elegant, yet not stuffy or overly ornate. The paint color is perfect!!
Thanks so much for watching!

I am speechless - this is such a creative and beautiful paint/stain-job🤩🤩 keep it up, still a fan👍😃
One of my favorites. The pickled wood finish with the paint color is just beautiful. It compliments the chunky style of this dresser perfectly.
I'm so glad you like it Debbie!

Just beautiful, so natural and elegant at the same time.

I usually opt to strip or scrape when a finish is crazy thick. Much faster and easier, and way less sandpaper to buy! Haha :-)
Hey!! It’s Kim!! Hi Kim!
I think it's beautiful. Keep making videos.

I literally put your videos on when I'm feeling anxious and the transformation and your soothing voice always helps
Wow! You have a real talent for bringing your vision into reality. Love the way you mix products to create your own unique style.
It turned out so well! Would never think of using more than one stain color! Something I will have to try.
I love the combination of the pickling and the paint.
I love how you take the time to explain what you are doing and why.
I'm so glad you enjoy my content Bobbie!
Looks great! Thanks for the tips on layering the stains. I have mixed them before but, hadn't thought about layering to get a better tone.
I SOO appreciate that you explain it takes longer than a video to get a lot of prep work done 🙂. You do great work and I really enjoy your channel!!
I Love cream and white this is my Favorite piece you’ve done, ty!👍🌈👍
WOAH! BE STILL MY HEART! Your vision is stellar. These are amazing transformations! I am BLOWN AWAY!
What a beauty she turned out to be…well done on your vision for her, it’s fantastic 🙌
I love watching you work your magic, you make it look so easy.
Wow! Love the contrast. There's a subtly to it that makes it calming, like a great piece of art. Well it IS a great piece of art!
I like the safety warning! When I first got my sander I didn't realise it could hurt my ears. Used it once and immediately bought ear protection before using it again!
I applaud your vision and the skill it took to bring it to fruition. Wow it is stunning!
It looks like a custom build. Combines design elements beautifully, too. Great vision.
Thanks so much for watching!
At 9:06 you can really see just how big this piece is. Again Angie, I learned so much from you, thank you. Beautiful!

I would have never thought of that color combo. Very very nice!
Wow! Just wow! Girlfriend you knocked this one out of the park! I think this is my favorite. That dresser turn out beautiful.
Another excellent reinvented dresser! Smart, clean looking, practical! Nice
Angie, just stunning! You outdid yourself. The staining colors are perfection. Bravo!
I didn’t think it would like a pickled look for wood but you proved me wrong. Another beautiful piece.
Thanks for watching Barb!
Wow, just wow!
I wasn't sure about the stain choice with the paint but it blew me away. It turned out so beautiful. 😍
