■ 400g caster sugar
■ 400g self raising flour
■ 8 medium eggs
■ Zest of 2 lemons
■ 300g raspberries
Buttercream
■ 350g unsalted butter
■ 700g icing sugar
■ Juice of 2 lemons
Extras
■ Raspberry jam
■ Fresh raspberries
■ Freeze dried raspberries
■ Lemon zest
■ Sprinkles
