Your RUclips (YT) videos are MUCH more professional, realistic and enjoyable than anything HGTV (or other networks) could ever produce. Please keep going with your YT channel since its reach is MUCH wider (global) and unselfish than their’s. ❤
My initial thought after watching the HGTV series, then continuing on with your vlog was exactly what you said; that you were showing the second season that for some reason was filmed but not picked up. The great camerawork,storytelling and editing make your “episodes” every bit as good as the original. I look forward to many future episodes as you develop your properties and your wonderful family. I have to say that I love the RUclips version of your show. It has loads more of raw insight that any TV show would be cutting out trying to only keep the prettiest parts. Yes, your version is much, much better. And if they decide they want a season two, here is a ton of video to use, pick up where they left off, and edit however they wish, for a hefty price. That’s right, for sale. Only you can’t put a copyright on a RUclips video, unfortunately. But they still have to pay regardless. 😅

I actually prefer the RUclips videos to the HGTV series. I don't have to subscribe to HGTV to watch. Each "episode" here runs an organic length for the subject matter you are presenting. I can send links of these easily to friends so they can get a taste first hand of what/who I have been talking about for years - which may get you more viewers/subscribers/higher in the algorithm. This was an excellent idea and the production company does a wonderful job of not making its own presence felt. So happy to have these every week and not have to "wait" for another "season." Thank you, thank you thank you! (or emojis to that effect).

I cannot wait to see what you guys have in mind when you come back to England. I wish I could have seen the first season of Saving the Manor, however HGTV in Canada did not carry it or I was busy with school and work. I have to echo what Dennis Campeau has said about prefering the UTube of the TV series as I can go back and watch things I did not appreciate the first time I saw the Vlog. I hope you two do some vlogs on your outside gardens as I did study Horticulture here in Canada and I really love what the two of you came up with the designs of the gardens so far.

My heart was in my mouth think boooo I much prefer the youtube content than the TV show. This is so real, much more true to the journey and a real link/uniformity with your Insta stories. You seem to have much more control doing piece to camera/explanations here bringing it all to life. Im sure TV brought in some good money, but please trust that you’re producing great content here 🥳
I think HGTV is mad not doing a season 2 but to be honest, they have been swayed by mid century modern and that is not the style that fits the manor. I think I prefer you tube because it seems to be more personal. Keep on doing you. I so enjoy it and watch on Wednesday morning when I have undisturbed peace. Thank you for sharing.

It really does feel like a seamless transition to RUclips. When you mentioned how much you enjoyed factory tours, I had an idea. Maybe when you're working on a kitchen project, the manor house kitchen for example, you could go visit the team behind For the Love of Kitchens. When both your shows were on HGTV, I remember looking up your locations in the UK and if I remember correctly, you're fairly close. I thought it would be interesting to see their facility through your eyes. I bet it'd be very inspirational to get their insight into your era of house and while you don't have the high end budget, you've shown your desire to achieve a higher end finish with an affordable budget. Just an idea anyway...looking forward to Spain next week!
