The XM1014 is a little lack luster stock form, only shooting around the 50fps mark, so why not upgrade it? We opped for the 1.2 11.4kg spring to give it a little extra something, and with about a 20fps increase, it was ok..... maybe in the future we can do a harder spring, but I dont think the internals would be able to hold up well.

I remember this one, I compared it to the Pump SG, lol! Oh! How did it break, just bad plastic? “ I fail at stuff! “ lol! I’m not alone. Still not hitting elite par…. Does look cool though.
Yeah the metal internal plunger hitting the outer plastic is a bad design as they don't offer a metal putter plastic housing
if you want a shell ejecting blaster that actually has very good performance, I'd def recommend the firefly from monkeemods
I put a nexus pro spring in mine it going about 130 used in wars and targetI and it holds up

Being 100% here. Tried finding it on Reddit but has anyone had the thought to use the cam870 mk2 airsoft shotgun shells with this foam blaster?
I have thought about buying one of these, what kind of spring would you recommend I use? Should I buy 11.5kg springs? I heard 16kg spring are risky on certain blasters
bro, can you give tutorial to fix shell extractor? my extractor is broken can't fix, add glue, still broken.
I know this video is like 1 year ago but when modifying nerf blasters ALWAYS pad the head of the plunger rod. It probably would've extended the life of the blaster

Joe, used the metal shell instead of plastics. The metal one has more narrow shell hole. Gives better air seal. I got more than 100 fps after the spring upgrade(20 fps) + metal shell (20fps).
Which spring did you use? The 8, 10, 11.5 or 14kg spring?

11.5kg max with stock plunger tube. 14kg will break the stock.
@@zenden9 will the 11.5kg break it after some shots? That's the one i got for now. Im considering maybe the 10kg. Also when upgrading did you have the take off the barrel and magazine tube?
