Damn Day 14 for me and I had a long day of drinking yesterday so woke up pretty hungover thinking how just grabbing a couple blues or a little bit of kratom would make me feel so much better right now. Watched some other videos on cravings but this one made me rethink that option. I’ve already made my decision like you said, I don’t do opiates and kratom and that’s just what it is. Thanks bro

Amen brother. I’m glad I could help. It’s a mindset. Once it’s off the table, once it’s not an option, that’s when you truly are done. Cravings will go away.

Anything close to a craving is immediately shot down by the memory of that prison. I looked like a zombie 4 months ago ... now Im happy and healthier than ever hitting the weights every day 💪

Yo I’m extremely early lol. I’m on day 12 without kratom and I have Covid. I think im past the withdrawls at this point but I still feel weird that I haven’t used it since I was using 20-25 g per day for the last 7/8 months.

      First comment!
Yeah you will go through a mix of emotions and physicals, which you’re past the hardest. If you’re on day 12, there’s nothing stopping you now!

@@smithwesson6620 not really bro. I guess vaping has kind of helped but it’s probably doing more harm than damage lol. Idk bro I’ve always worked but lately I’ve pretty much been working out everyday and just drinking water as much as I was drinking kratom. It’s really a mental thing but once you have your mindset and stacking the days up it makes you want too keep moving forward.

@@StrongKeithJ yeah man Ive been feeling very depressed lately and not like myself at all. It’s like I forgot who I was without kratom. It really turns you into another person. I realized awhile back that I had problem but I just ignored it until I couldn’t anymore. I started changing my diet and then decided I need to change more than that. So I cut back on kratom and immediately noticed I didn’t look as tired. I work 4 days on and 4 days so decided on my first day off I was completely done. So I just stopped then in case I ran into sleep issues which I did and expected it. My sleep was all over the place 1 night 3 hrs then 4,5,8 and then back to 4, 5,6. Now I’m getting 7 atleast. It’s a struggle but your videos have really helped and many other ppl going through the same experience. Thank you bro

@@christianestrada1671 Yeah emotionally it affected me too. Felt down many days. Lost. Not knowing what to do with myself. But the more I plunge into my faith, lifting weights, being a good dad and husband. There is more to remind myself about. You’re still early in your sobriety to kratom. But it sounds like you’re progressing quickly! In glad you’re watching brother.
