Lol kinda, you only get the new fleeces after beating TOWW. Plus this was done before that, but you'll see the 'challenges' after you beat TOWW with the new fleeces soon...

I've killed like 30 enemies with the blue heart card PLUS and got nothing. I submitted a bug report.
Yea, pretty sure it's fixed in the new update, but theres no way it's a 10% chance to earn them, maybe like 0.10%.
