    Thank you for this drill. I can feel an immediate difference. The backswing feels smoother,easier to turn and I’m not artificially pulling up my arms.

    Thank you for this video. I've been suffering with fat, thin, pushes, pulls, and blocks for a while and swaying appears to be the prime culprit. I need to get a "Swiss" ball and get started on this drill ASAP.

    Absolutely love this mate. My coach is trying to get me to turn into/around the right knee more in my backswing and I’m struggling like hell. This is perfect for me. I’m giving it a bash this week 👍🏻

      @@lewissparrowgolfso I’ve got the ball and got a great feel for the pushing and rolling in the backswing.
      Could you go further into depth of the transition move for the downswing after we’ve achieved this pressure? Is it the left hip going or the left knee going to shift pressure?😅

    Have seen lots of vids on swaying from some of so called best instructors. This is by far the best. Found aI push off with my left foot on the takeaway and that causes the sway. With this drill you can’t do that. Thanks

      Lewis, what would be the cause why a person would push off the lead foot?

  • @billfulton2273
    @billfulton2273 Год назад

    I have struggled for years trying to shift my weight with little success until I tried the techniques you recommended in this video. Almost immediately started to hit the ball much better and a lot farther. Still need to work on tempo because I developed a bad habit of lunging at the ball hoping for distance. I only now realize I can hit it farther with less effort. Thank you, I have subscribed and will continue to follow your videos.

    Pressure from inside the Right foot toward the target in the backswing is Superb!!!! Right heel off the ground is also a workable solution~

      Right or left heel?

    • @PARDS2
      @PARDS2 2 месяца назад

      Right heel,,,,,,this cured Roger Maltbie's tilt in his prime---BUT,,be sure the keep the right heal off the ground for the entire swing

    Such a helpful video & instruction! Question, is there another drill with the Swiss ball to help the “through swing”? In other words, once you’re coiled up on the backswing, what’s the next move in order to swing down & through, in a circle? Is it, feeling like you continue to push/roll the Swiss ball down & forward to the target? Thanks!
