When 70 year old can swing perfectly without legs or hip movement ... Because they understood the golf swing. Everyone needs to have eurekha moment. if hands move correctly body follows.

Most Golf coaches and even all of them are clueless. Golf swing key is hands. once you understand how hands move everything can be adjusted. That is where everything start.

Even though i like the simplicity of it , i really dont like the swing. For me club face to look at sky at the start of downswing. Idea behind is that use that to create supination in left wrist. Because not everyone have strong left wrist. Everyone body is different So one method never work for another.

I am golf swing critique. Good thing about your swing is you use 50% effort. strengthen leg with 600lb squat and make it a pillar then its money time.

I normally try to avoid RUclips golf instruction stuff but this + the anti-sway drill video are the most helpful golf tips I've gotten since "left arm straight." I've always had a superficially nice swing with terrible results because in reality I've always been so off balance, out of sequence, unsure what my hips should be doing and when, etc. A few minutes of these a day while cooking or whatever has cleared up so much, ingrained a more proper feel, and massively improved my quality and consistency of strike. As an added bonus, imagining a yoga ball behind me works for me as an effective and uncomplicated mid-round swing thought, something I've need for as long as the swing improvement itself. Incredibly helpful, thank you for posting.
