    Very nice! Love the hidden extra shrouds and the bright purple/blue lens on the newer MLED to match the paint.

    Are we able to do quads with this setup? And do these brackets work with ZKW glass headlights also ?

    when i shared my opinion on a video 2/3y ago about doing full led instead of hid on m3 some people replied that would be a shame..!? i wonder where they are now😕

      3 yrs ago LED's were vastly inferior to their HID counterparts. Now LEDs have caught up. I can't say I blame those people you were talking to. Technology changes.

    Love the upgrade! Did an similar upgrade 3 years ago, but fitted the e46 projector and shroud. Did not look OEM like this. Great work!

    Looking good!
    Gotta say that its a luxurious touch with the company name/logo as the video begins. A symbol of excellence!

    That's an amazing OEM looking upgrade !
    Looking at it I would have probably gone for an even more OEM look with this older BMW. The way I see it, it's too much of a classic now to go full LED.
    I would have probably used an HID unit (EVOX-R 2.0 ?) and 4500k bulbs like the XNN, keep the halogen H1 and parking light (but maybe with new high quality bulbs and a new headlight, here the reflective coating is a bit burned).
    Maybe some yellow Elite Series fog lamps as the only fantasy if they're compatible. But probably without the back light fonction, that say it could look nice, don't know.
    :)

      100% you can have it either way. We have done many projector conversion on the E36 as well.

    The Cutt Off looks like a uk version. The original German Cutt Off looks very different... Greeting from Germany... (did the same last year)

    The bracket to mount the projector is custom you say? It's not a quickfit brakcet?

    • @LightwerkzGlobal
      @LightwerkzGlobal  Год назад

      The projector is mounted directly to the original bracket. Sorry no custom adapter brackets for this model.

    I REALLY need to do this. My headlight output is horrible and driving in the rain or night is terrifying.
    Can you guys help me build this kit?

    • @LightwerkzGlobal
      @LightwerkzGlobal  Год назад +1

      Yes, email us and be ready to supply the Euro Bosch lights for us to build with.

    Lol so basically the lux decreased almost by half. OEM halogen prjector was 1700+ Lux and the LEDs are 900 something

    • @LightwerkzGlobal
      @LightwerkzGlobal  Год назад +6

      Original was 175 lux, after was high 8XX range.

      @@LightwerkzGlobal Did you have the meter on a different scale at the start? It appears to read ~1750 from what the video shows.

    • @LightwerkzGlobal

      @@PurpleCrackRock Yes it was on a different setting. Its hard to see the decimal point. That was showing 175.0
