Please Assist Ironland!! Now about the video, yeah, that makes sense. No HOA means that specific organization isn't around but laws and restrictions can still be a factor when living somewhere. Farm animals especially makes sense because of the smell that they can create. Also completely understandable if a city doesn't want to have roosters waking up a suburban neighborhood.
Farm animals do not smell. Intensive farming does. I wish a rooster woke me up. In Australië it was the cookabuřra. Maybe consider living in the space station if you don't like earth or your own nature.
so willing to give it up, you'll be crying for it later on commie, the only thing that is never overrated in this world is a mans freedom.@@IgnacioFlores.
make sure yourproperty has NO restrictions or at least restrictions you agree with, do your homework. Take the lawyers advise and check this first, it's the best money you will every spend

If there’s no hoa, what could the neighbors do if you violate cc&rs?
What if you bought the land or what if my house was built from the ground up from on the land I purchased?
Very little restriction with no hoa and it’s much better than Hoa
