I have this unit and gave the a09 code. I opened the bottom panel of the front and cleaned out the drain filter, it was blocked with some aluminum foil. If there unit can't drain then apparently it gives a water intake related code, weird but now you know.
I have three quick questions if you may kindly assist (1) Is this washer and dryer stackable (2) Are these gas based or electric based. Because in my unit there is no gas connection only e3lectric (3) Is the dryer one of those that do not need venting out as I do not have a vent in my unit.
Julia2Saints, 3 basic ingredients (all natural too): 1 bar Fels Naptha bar soap (grated - I use cheese grater) 1 cup Arm & Hammer Washing Soda 1 cup 20 Mule Team Borax Mix in bowl (I use a pan) Blend in blender (only 2 cups at a time - for about 30-45 seconds - makes it more fine) Use 1 Tablespoon per load (a little more for more soiled or x-tra large machine) *You will not see suds like commercial detergents. *I make a large batch - use 5 bars - 5 cups washing soda - 5 cups borax & put in gallon size mason jar - using funnel, pour some into smaller mason jar. *Great gift idea too. Hope this helps
Sorry, do not. My suggestion is to put the model into an appliance parts web site you would be able to see if that part is available. I would assume it is.
I was able to repair it using super-type glue and baking soda but I don’t know how long it may last. Finding a panel in a new or used parts warehouse may be the only solution at $100-$350 for a $5 knob!
Thank you im about to try it now cuz i was definitely gonna throw it out this month. The price to buy the whole front part is the same price i paid for the washer🤦🏽🤦🏽. I hope this E6000 glue works🙏🙏🙏
We also have this machine. Thank you for this information!

Chip Saunders Thank you so much!! Came for a washer problem and now I got two problems fixed !
You get a thumbs up
Water isnt open all the way, there isnt much pressure getting to the water valves. Or valves are clogged.
Incorrect, water pressure was present
Tengo una pero no la entiendo algui me puede ayudar
I used google translate to understand what you typed. Sorry, I don’t speak Spanish. Possibly you could get some assistance from someone bilingual.
