Ирина Курбатова awwww thank you so much! I must admit I get a bit disheartened at times wondering if I’ll ever make 1M! It just seems sooooooooo far away!
Wonderful، I love all your recipes.Thank you for everything you offer us My dear Savvy I would like to ask you about the gelatin as you use it for cheesecake and mousse cake. How much bloom does it have?
Awesome tutorials. All measurements for mirror glaze in grams. Can u please give me in cups & tea spoons or table spoon. Thank you. Will be waiting for more videos.
I attempted your cheesecakes but in smaller version-one bites, that is. Just testing myself-I don’t recall ever making no bake... anyway, I didn’t do a video 😒. Touché to you! I’ve cited you before and thought I tagged you I’ll will always cite and tag you but (and I think you already 😁 ) I’m not sure I know how to do that. 😁 I’m sure these can be made in advance but would you remind me how many days in advance and if they can be frozen and for how long sorry (old lady here )
dona harrisburg the frozen cheesecakes can be kept in the freezer for one month before being glazed. Once glazed, they can be refrigerated for two days before serving.
sonal porwal it can definitely be used in the glaze. Add it to the cold ingredients at the beginning then just bring to the boil as shown in the video. You can leave out the gelatine from the cheesecake but just make sure you whip to very stiff peaks and leave the dessert chilled in the refrigerator until ready to serve and it should be ok,
Can I ask a question about macarons? I baked some today I’ve put them in an airtight container I will be making more tomorrow can I just leave the macs in the container overnight till tomorrow I will then freeze
Jackie Ilomanoski it is safe to put them in the refrigerator... here in India given the hot and humid conditions I prefer putting them in the refrigerator
Yes, sure. Both have same effect. The only difference is that gelatin from animal source and agar-agar from plant source.. But both of them act similar and gives the same texture to final result in recipes.

My dear Savvy I would like to ask you about the gelatin as you use it for cheesecake and mousse cake.
How much bloom does it have?
I'm not sure really...with I use the powdered gelatine I use the Knox or McKenzie brands mostly.
Dear Savvy, i being a vegetarian kindly suggest alternative for gelatin which i can use in
Super thank you 😊
You're welcome! :-)

a trick: watch series on flixzone. Been using it for watching a lot of movies these days.
@Steven Roman Definitely, I've been using flixzone} for since december myself :)
Can you please advise if the chocolate you used for the round garnish was the same one as for glazing?
Yes they were the same.
@@CupcakeSavvysKitchen Thanks for your reply...😉
Hi may i know wat is 130 thickened cream/ double cream? Are they the same as whipping cream?
Great
Thanks
Never seen mirror glaze done like that before, looks much less complicated! The final dish looks yummy 😋
Thank you! Yes, super easy and very delicious! :-)
can i know how many mini cheesecakes this recipe makes?
Can I use agar agar instead of gelatin? And if yes in what quantity?
If I want to use the extra glaze again should I reheat and use?
Its difficult to find double cream here in the Philippines. Can I use a heavy whipping cream as substitute?
Yes you can as long as it can whip to stiff peaks :-)
Should u freeze it or refrigerate it?
Freezin is better because it helps to release it better and cleaner from the mould. You can then refrigerate to thaw before serving.
Awesome video. Please let me know substitute of gelatin
Maybe agar-agar can be substituted.... it is vegan since it comes from algae ....need to get right proportions however. Good luck !
@@emmanuellebianchin thanks for reply. OK I will try with Agar Agar and let you know

Thanks for responding! I chanced it-didn’t glaze, covered them and put in freezer.
Can i use agar agar powder instead of gelatin bcoz I am vegetarian and I am not using gelatin ,same measurement?

What is thickened /double cream?
Patty Plotner it’s the same as heavy whipping cream.
Hello, instead of gelatin can we use agar agar powder coz in India I can't find veg gelatin easily

Can you come to my place and make that please lol
he he he! It's really easy. I promise. Give it a shot! :-)
How many grams exactly is 3 teaspoons of gelatine?
The gelatin envelopes will give you the amount. There is normally 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 in each envelope
vincent w sorry I did not finish my first comment to you. There is 3.08 grams in each teaspoon in U.S measurements. Hope that helps
Do you not know how to use Google?
😍😍😋
Thank you!
القلاصاج ممكن في مكان الكريمه حليب
Trouble with final, why does it look like caramel and a cookie on top of cream cheese layer, since the video didn't show that being added?
The chocolate glaze smeared down the filling when it was cut through with the knife. It is not caramel...it's the chocolate glaze. ;-)
When you say cold water u mean fridge water
Tap water is fine.
