I love to watch his time honored skills. I wish we spoke the same language and I could just have coffee or tea and listen to his stories and perspective. For anyone else wondering why the milling stones have patters - AKA: harps : they are use to create a sharper edge for breaking down the grains, and also channeling the flour out of the mill
