  • The Tabernacle, or Tent of Meeting, is of great importance and no one disagrees. However, there may be much more to it than many realize, even down to what may seem mundane things like its measurements. Join us as we start a journey to examine the tabernacle and its components.

    I don't mean to be mean or anything. But if you all can stick with just calling the father Yahweh instead of mixing it all up and your teaching saying God and Lord, it be a whole lot easier to follow. Thanks

      What about Yehovah? What about Elohim? What about those people who don't know Hebrew? Our Heavenly Father and Yeshua speak all languages, so let's not get hung up on names.

    • @angelacox6848
      @angelacox6848 9 месяцев назад +3

      @cyh4031 I get hung up on the name. Because multiple times in the Bible, the father referred to his people knowing him by his name. His name is very personal and I think it is a disrespect to give him titles that are associated with other false gods. And yes, I have done deep research into other religions throughout the entire globe. That God and Lord our tide to false. Dieties from Babylon and a Syria. And if you look in the
      Strongs coordinates hova the definition of that word means chaos ruin and destruction. And I would not tell that name either to our creator and our heavenly father.

      Hey @angelacox6848! Thank you for caring so much about our Father’s name, I too have wrestled with this subject and am still being guided in my own personal convictions on this. I truly am grateful to see others in this community care so much about truth. If you have a moment, take a look at 119’s video called “Parashah Points: Va’era - Knowing God’s Name” as well as their Hashem series for some interesting points regarding this subject. Many ministries have different view points, but I have personally learned a lot from the 119 team and how they’ve approached and taught on the Holy Name subject. Thank you again for commenting and for sharing your convictions and passion regarding our Father and His holy name, Shabbat Shalom!💗

      Maybe its because the bible uses God and Lord also, albeit His name is clearly stated the most often.

    Here is something to contemplate. If there is a "heavenly temple" then who is offering sacrifices? Who in heaven is offering a sin sacrifice? Who is needing to purify themselves in order to enter the holy of holies? Who is making atonement to God?

      Go read Hebrews. It's pretty clear.

    • @jameshayden8789
      @jameshayden8789 9 месяцев назад

      @@MrKook The only thing clear in Hebrews is that idolatry is the focus. It places the glory that belongs to YHWH alone and places it onto a man who believed that he was equal to or like God. Whoever wrote this book is only reinforcing this concept. Here are a few things suggested in the book of Hebrews which have no equal concept in Torah:
      No man is sitting at the right hand of God in heaven .
      No man is the express image of YHWH because He has no image that we can see or look upon.
      No man born of Judah is a high priest of anything.
      There is no mention of a temple being built in heaven. Only a pattern was shown or dictated to Moses.
      No blood of a man can atone for sin before God.
      Grace does not come by believing in a man who died but through obedience to YHWHs commandments.
      There is no new covenant that is made through the shedding of a mans blood.
      To believe and accept what the writer of Hebrews says is to believe and accept what YHWH has not stated nor endorced. It is accepting mans words over God's word.

      @jameshayden8789 read Tehillim 110. And Yeshua is high priest in the order of Melchiezedek, not the order of Judah. Keep in mind the Levites are only priests of the earthly tabernacle (which no longer exists I will note). And, where in Scripture does it state that there are any sacrifices offered in a heavenly temple? Yeshua is our mediator, and the last Adam. He became the curse in our place. There is also great correlation between the bitter cup of the adulterous wife (in Torah) and Yeshua’s sacrifice. See in Mattityahu 26:39 and 42 where he even refers to “the cup”. I am no Bible scholar, and perhaps you are simply trying to stir up discord, but I truly think you should investigate this more deeply through the entire Scripture, including the Brit Hadasha writings.

    Time stamp 14:56...Where you use Hebrews 8:6, Just what Promise of Our Creator is Not Great... Considering that The Messiah said... "...Joh 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
    Joh 14:24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me..." Who then is Any man to cast a Shadow on The Promises of Our Creator... My thought is that The Word of GOD, is Never Void... And HE is Always Faithful... And every word of The Messiah was "The Word of GOD" There is NO Promise of GOD that is Not Great, and that verse as written is "Insinuating" GOD'S Promise to be "Not of The upmost" that does not line up in any Scripture Genesis to Malachi... How does Anyone having complete Faith in The Word of GOD, think less of one promise over another... More Promises, not more better... They are YAH's Words ALL are of the UPMOST in standing... Or we let some "man" tell us different, which proves No Faith in The Word of GOD...OK just my thoughts...

    Amazing that you would spend so much time and effort to teach that a man was a type or shadow of a temple that was deticated to YHWH alone and yet not have one verse from Torah to back this claim. It's as if you were using a new source of information that Israel was never taught to believe in or rely on that would justify the worship of a man as God in the flesh which is idolatry. Its as if you were enticing men to worship another name as God and to see this new name as the source of life and blessing or salvation and forgiveness.

      @@pt4250 I suggest that you read and hear the words that YHWH spoke to all Israel, "You shall have no other gods before Me" before you assume that I haven't read or studied. So please answer me this, where in Torah is it stated that the temple is a "foreshadowing" of a man or messiah that Israel should seek after and worship as God? Where does God speak and say that all of His glory that is shown in the temple would be placed onto a man who would be "like God"?
