I am new to this watchaholic .. What should i buy the G-shock GST-B200 Carbon Core or the G-shock GST-B100BNR-1A..which is better and what are the difference between the two..
Huh. I had NO idea that this was released by Casio -- I guess I was spending too much time watching videos of watch enthusiasts bemoaning the Tudor P01 and declaring Baselworld 2019 a waste of time. I'm shocked that Casio is using quick-release spring bars. A couple of Barton Elite silicone straps could easily work here, providing the opening size is standard. I think it's quite a good-looking watch and my only reservation would be with the skeleton hands, which remind me of the Pro-Trek PRW-6000. I think solid hands provide better visibility as a rule, but I'll wait for the full review to see how they work for you.
Can't remember the source I found this through during Basel but it found it's way onto my radar through the noise. Funny enough I kind of like the fact that Tudor went with such a quirky watch. Probably not a buyer but at least it was unique. Lugs are 24mm BTW. Just realised Barton has them (not often looking at 24's) and have one on the way to try. Cheers Lee. Enjoy the long weekend:)
New case, new strap, but features are pretty much obsolete. Wish casio can compete in the digital smartwatch world nowadays. This is too expensive that I ended up buying a Garmin. 💪🏽
@@TimeToGoTravelAndTimepieces yes it can be easily get broken from the place where straps are attached. Cause only a single pin is holding the strap not any screws or something just like other g shocks. I'm afraid it will not handle the beating in tough conditions. Changeable strap concept is not looking promising on a gshock which are known for their toughness and durability.
TimeToGo Travel And Timepieces a little over $100!? (can’t understand why this is too cheap)(anyway is this an authentic g-shock?)(checked on google and it’s official)
@@thyeweiping9094 It's official. It has a pretty simple module. There's a special edition with extra straps that's a little more but that's what I'm seeing them go for.
The worst watch I ever bought. The negative LCDs are almost impossible to read, from almost any angle, except under perfect studio light conditions. The totally useless X shaped nonsense on the dial blocks the light from the single dial illumination LED on about 80% of the dial. The hands are barely visible in some positions due to that BS "design". Moreover it puts the 3 o'clock LCD in a pit so it's even harder to read. Grey index markers are already hard to spot in the afternoon, let alone the light gets even weaker. No lume on the handsm let alone anywhere else. Due to the shitty legibility none of the functions second time zone, stopwatch, timer and alarms are really usable. That's nothing but a kids toy - but for that it's way too expensive.
Once the novelty wore off the same things started bothering me too. I liked the overall look but other than telling time it was pretty hard to use/see the other functions. Every time I buy a new G I almost always end up reverting back to my 5610.
Just finished recording my take on these! I think they are very important for future G-Shock watches and I love them 😊
Oh good. Was wondering if you'd make a vid on these. I'll check it out later today👍👍
Love that blue/black color scheme, especially on those skeleton hands. Really cool looking G-Shock!
The blue is really an eye catcher. Thanks so much.
Great color, love that they’re now making it so you can swap out bands. Big plus
Definitely a huge plus. I picked up a Barton Elite Silcone that goes great on it. Thanks!
This G-Shock is gorgeous. The strap is really cool plus it's a quick release one.
Thanks Adrian. Picked up a Barton that looks perfect on it. Cheers!
Nice first look Bob, look forward to the full review. Great call to add quick release strap.
Definitely a highlight of the watch to have the interchangeable straps. Thanks Chris.
I like it ill buy one once it hits most of the watch stores here in my region. I am currently wearing g-shock as well
It's really nice! Hopefully it hits the stores there soon. Thanks Jeffrey!

I love the lack of the wings on the case back; those tend to grab my arm hairs.
I agree. No issue with that on this one at all.
Bought the blue strap in Las Vegas today. I have 6 other G Shock. Really like it.
Cool! It's really nice for sure. Enjoy Vegas!! Wish I was there:)
+1 for the Spyderco knife 😉
Thanks!😁🙏
Nice looking G-Shock Bob! Great color:)
Thanks. Loving the color and the whole look so far.
Awesome watch. Would look great at the beach in the Caribbean.
Definitely! Thanks man.

Tough call! The GA2000 is more affordable but not the amount of features.
Interesting color combination, Bob. Thanks for sharing.
Ni problem at all. Thanks!
I LOVE THAT COLOR ON THE HANDS BUT THE BANDS HAS GOT TO GO..THE WATCH IS NICE,I LIKE IT.

Fun looking watch there Bob!
Pretty cool one. Thanks Jamie!
My wrist is 6 inches, can you recomend a small g shock that fits my small wrist?
The DW5600 is probably a good option. It's a little wide but it's short lug to lug.
Beautiful G-Shock
Thanks :)

Hey buddy whats with the mittens? Thats not a Stanley cup.. but cool looking watch
Lol! What's the Stankey cup? I'm in Toronto, havent heard of that😅👍
Love it ! Imo get one maybe green or red! Thanks
I was really considering the green. I liked that one alot too. All the colors look pretty cool though. Thanks Robert.
What about the light / backlit
I have a follow up video out now with more info including the led's.
Not a big fan of G shocks but I really like this one.
It's got pretty cool look for sure. So far really liking it. Thanks:)
Really nice 👍 I need one ☝️ G Shock is d best
It's a pretty cool one for sure and not bad prices!😁👍
Nice review! Want!
Thanks! Pretty cool one.
Is this gravitymaster like GA 1000 ??? Pls let me know your answer plsss
It's not the same. Different watch.
@@TimeToGoTravelAndTimepieces ohh ok so.. the gravitymaster GA 1000..
@@wanmaziah9835 I didn't full review of this one if you check one of my latest videos!
What is the strap width on the GA2000 and do you know if it would work with non-casio NATO straps?
It's 24mm. I bought a Barton elite silicone that's perfect for it. There's not alot of clearance but I think a nato should work.
@@TimeToGoTravelAndTimepieces Thank you!
Great buy man .
Thank man!
I don't think the watch with changeable strap is that durable then the traditional g shock structure.
That's definitely possible. Feels solid enough but you might be right.

How fucking durable to you need it to be? Are you a dinosaur dentist?
Cant wait for the review, just managed to set the time 😂
Hehe. Took a bit for me too. Should be up within a week or so. Cheers and have a great weekend👍👍

Oh I love it.. How much the price man?
I found this for a little over $100 us. Prices range a little depending on the color though. Thanks.

It's about 46mm. I have another video now with more details.
This watch is radio wave?
No radio wave and no solar in this one.
