I never saw a single charging document (a Criminal Indictment or Information) that did not specifically describe the offense committed and specifically state the statutes the defendant was charged with violating. How can Trump possible be in the middle of a trial without having been formally charged in a legally valid Indictment or Information? What kind of Kangaroo Court BS is this?

They’re all political operatives, stormy d, she was on bill Maher saying that she was not a victim. 2 yrs later in court, she testified that she was coerced into having conjugals with the man. She perjured herself on the stand, complete, and total fabrications of the facts. And even testified that she would not be paying him the $500k she owes him for the last lawsuit she was involved with him in. Which makes her a hostile witness, and conflict of interest for the prosecution.
The da in Georgia, she’s come out and said that she doesn’t care. She’ll get a pardon from buyden, which taints the prosecution and the entire justice system. Who, going forward is going to think after this that you can get a fair trial now in this country? Jurors, I hope will see thru this and know that if they don’t hand djt some kind of victory. ASSUMING that it was a crime to pay hush money to a who-are for shex service, WHAT CRIME IS THAT? What law says you can’t do that? They are saying it’s a “campaign finance” violation? HOW SO? Is there a campaign law in New York that says if you campaign in New York for President and paid someone not to tell the public/press about what you did that was not illegal to do (e.g. sex) that such a payment is a campaign fund violation and a fraud upon the public. (?) I would like to see the text of that law. Anyone know which New York statute that is?
