Are all these grips the same size ID, i tried to put these on my 2014 ktm sxf and the ID on the grips is much smaller than the OD on my oem bars

They come with about 5-6 different cams for different manufacturers/throttle designs.
Just pop off your throttle tube and find the cam that matches.

How to you take the black ring off the grips?

If we are talking about the same ones, the rings on the end of the throttle grip you should be able to just push against the back and it pops off.
