However, I'm facing a little issue: my cake rises too much and ends up cracking in the middle, unlike yours, which has a smooth top. Do you have any tips to avoid this? Nah, the crack is normal, mine cracked too! You just can’t see it because of the chocolate chips. In fact, that crack is a key part of a loaf like this. This week I updated my pumpkin bread recipe and I added a strip of butter on top so that it would crack in the middle instead of on the side :)
Out of all the remakes on classics this one takes the cake lately.

320 Fahrenheit did not work for me. Completely raw after 60 mins 😢 bumped it up to 350, trying another 20 mins.
Same....I had to place back inside oven. Only done on the sides.
