The internet is a wonderful invention. A seemingly infinite database of information at your fingertips. It's your choice if you want to use it for research and communication, or to poison your mind via a rapid torrent of short-form video content specifically engineered to melt your brain into a puddle of piss
The Roman Empire lost its lustre by 300 AD, and dwindled over the centuries until the abdication of Napolean in the 19th century, when it was officially ended. It is also false that guys think about the Romans constantly. Speaking for myself, I watch a few A&E and History Channel shows in my early 20s, but that's the bulk of it.
Im Persian and I barely think about the Persian empires. I dont get why Westerners are obsessed with the Roman empire. Whats it got to do with your country? I do think about the Shah quite often though. Lol
Someone: "How often do you think of the Roman Empire?" Me: "Well it used to be not very often but now that I've seen this video, pretty much every day."
IMAGINE being a lead singer and songwriter who is so purely made of creative energy that you don't have time to waste online. MY GOD SHE'S FULL OF STARS
I don't get this internet thing about the Roman Empire, especially, supposedly, about guys thinking about it pretty much all the time. Sorry, but I call BS. I think about it occasionally, both directly and indirectly, because the historical legacy is large. But I think about lots of other historical subjects as often, if not more so. It is not the obsession for me that is being implied online, and I'm a guy. And my degree is in History, so you would think that if anyone would be thinking constantly about the Roman Empire, it'd be me! But, um, no! Pretty silly.
I think about the Spanish Inquisition all time. I bet nobody expected that.
Jesus christ. She's a gem.
My respect for Jordan just rose substantially.
When you expect a short answer and instead get a long well thought and educated answer...😅
