It's nothing against the other QBs, but I liked Jayden Daniels and Bo Nix in this draft.
      Also, anyone the Packers picked.

It made me smile. Till I remembered 36 starting QBs since 2000. Including that magical RG3 year till he got destroyed. Now we got an Oline so bad that Joe Burrows would cringe at having to be behind it.

The thing about Jerry Rice was (and I know this sounds like blasphemy) he wasn't that talented. He wasn't. Both he and his teammates will tell you that. Irvin was more talented, Moss was bigger, Chris Carter had better hands, Cliff Branch was faster, Stallworth won more Championships...and there were a lot of people smarter than me and who watched them both who will say that if you swapped Rice and Tim Brown, they would have had the exact same careers.
However, Jerry Rice was just *very good* at everything. He played for a very long time, he worked extremely hard, and then he played with genuinely Great QBs in systems that maximized all of their abilities. Finding that kind of "trifecta" will be incredibly difficult to do again.

Washington Commanders to the Super Bowl!? Aka where QBs go to die!? I just about passed out hearing that! Holy moly. Jayden will be starting QB number 36 since 2000. Whew.

Unfortunately you haven’t watched football recently. New ownership and completely new organization, things are trending upwards in DC. But do you boo boo
