Seth Clearwater is a member of Jacob Black's renegade shape-shifter pack and was first introduced in New Moon as Leah's younger brother and one of the youngest members of Sam Uley's wolf pack before joining Jacob's in Breaking Dawn. After Jacob and his own sister Leah Clearwater, he is the most developed shape-shifter in the Twilight Saga. He is the son of Harry and Sue Clearwater, and is also the second cousin of Emily Young. His Life and Death counterpart is Sarah Clearwater.

I just love how the werewolves and vampires hate each other so much, but literally everyone loves Seth. Hes Just chilling with everyone, vibing with the Cullens and just becoming besties with Edward.

When I thought Seth died, I cried. Not because I loved him the most but because I felt Leah's pain. When she stopped fighting and started whimpering seeing her little brother died, I lost it. I could feel her pain, I would never forgive myself if my younger siblings died before I did.
Losing a sibling is a very painful experience I had that never been the same

I was sad cuz he was so young he was like a baby, and boy was I glad that it was a vision 😭 😭

Even in his wolf form ..you can see in his eyes that extreme emotion, pain and sadness of what Bella did to him .. He only wants to protect his Alpha Male Wolf which was Jacob .. such pure, kind and gentle soulf of a True Wolf -Seth 🙂👍👍👍

why do i feel like the background characters are so much more interesting than bella and edward
he has like probably less than 10 mins of screentime throughout the whole franchise but i can’t believe he’s the biggest reason why i would rewatch it over and over again. i was heartbroken when he “died”.

I love Seth, such a gentle and kind soul, he is pure and innocent.
Maybe that’s why Leah also got the ability to shapeshift even though it’s not something women usually get in their tribe, it probably has to do with her inheriting the shapeshifter genes from all 3 families. Since apparently only her and Seth have inherited all three them they have the highest chance at shape shifting

So Seth and Leah are shapeshifters But both their parents aren't?
There has to be at least one vampire near the Quileute land to trigger one to shapeshift. Apparently there were no vampires nearby during their parents' years. Also that would explain why Billy Black never shapeshifted, since he also has the gene.
