Nice work, looks very smooth. What grease are you using? What plastic are you using? How did you get zero backlash? What motor and controller are you using?
I used Molybdenum Grease for gear lubricant. The plastic was PLA. For zero backlash, I didn't do much testing but just an eyeballing, and touching on the output shaft, sorry for that. The motor in this video is a BLDC controller built-in from this Chinese company en.gyems.cn/
What i don't understand is why you don't use a pinion from the eccentric and make the pinion turn once using the.cyclodial to make a 1 to 1 ratio increase torque ruclips.net/video/9l9QMz67J0c/видео.html You put the pinion where the cyclodial moves one tooth and make the pinion turn once making the pinion have more torque Why wouldn't you do that
Are the files available for download? As a previous comment would love a video of making and designing it please. Stellar work. Awesome 👍
Really nice work! Would love to watch a video on how to make one of these!

I see no backlash, but can they be back driven if the stepper power is off? Nice hd!
Yes, cycloids are backdriveable.
Brother, it will be of great help if you share the design files. Thanks 👍👍👍
Very cool project,. Are the 3D files available?
Hey, can you share the model? Please
What's the use ?…

I have one question about design. Does pins go through both plates? Pins I suppose is smaller in diameter than holes?
Yes, that's right. The pins must pass through the hole of both cycloid discs.
@@stepbystep-robotics6881 Are there any equation for holes and pins?
Can you share the files with me ?
I will try make a new video explain about this with the CAD files. Thanks for interested.
Rasheed Kittinanthapanya any update on the video sharing the files?
Hey
