I have also been having a really hard time with negative thoughts/feelings and I have been trying to hard to snap out of it but it's not really working. Hi Rachel! Sometimes, our bodies take a while to adjust after being on birth control...especially the pill. Our hormones are still adjusting so take your time to sit with your thoughts and feelings as best as you can, and keep it moving. You'll feel normal again soon. 🙂

Do you know if someone gets off birth control and after a few months are diagnosed with pcos if they should get put on the pill after not being off bc for even 5 months?

Hey Rachel! If eventually you need some extra help conceiving, I was prescribed metformin and got pregnant after two months. It’s originally a diabetes drug but it is very noninvasive medicine that is also used to help regulate our hormones and it is used as a mild fertility treatment. You could mention it to your dr if you decide you need something! 90% sure it’s what allowed me to get pregnant.
