I didn't know Vinny's name was Vincent before. I kinda thought you named her after your surname haha. Also, I've also started to look at things as my job, bc i was procrastinating a lot. I just watched this video as a form of procrastination actually, but I ended up getting motivated, so imma go do my work now!! In relation to the Q&A, I just wanted to point out that yoga by design is not meant to be religious! The yogic lifestyle has certainly had some influence on some eastern religions, but yoga was always designed as something for those "of every religion and of no religion". Also I've never heard of a yoga practice involving howling at the moon like a wolf :)
'Yoga' means 'union' in Sanskrit and, according to the Ashtanga tradition at least, this union encompasses eight components which relate to things like outward/extrinsic as well as inward/intrinsic behaviour and morals (the best I way I can summarise the yamas and the niyamas in just a couple of words), as well as exercise (or asana, which is usually what western yoga 'classes' focus on in gyms, etc.), also things like breath work, mediation, etc.
Yoga is just a way of being, it's not meant to influence you in the same way religions do. So please do not think that because you are a Christian that you cannot embrace aspects of the yogic lifestyle into your own!

Hello, Rachel! If you and your friends are comfortable with this, I would like to hear your thoughts and advice on being single and getting to know someone.
