if mushrooms or woodear submerged more than 2 days, bacteria can't be killed easily even though you fully cooked. @6:00 @4:05 dried seafood have less chance turned spoiled, after you submerged over 2 days, since it contains salt. Mushrooms and woodear contain "sucrose /fructose"

通常浸完都要冲冼先用嚟煮, 應該會冇事, 因為細菌主要存在於浸水中,沖洗會沖走大部分細菌。如果過ㄧ過滾水河更加可以去除並殺死細菌。
