"凍肉鋪個冰箱" -- surely the first food item that would cross your mind upon seeing roaches there is the meat freezer would not be chicken feet per se but rather actual meat such as ribs and steaks??
I actually thought it was touching she dared to show it how it is done. Clearly it would have been better if she did it at a sink but clearly it can be seen that she needs constant flowing water using the hose that needs to drain, so the bamboo basket is the most feasible option. I wouldn't be put off eating there because it is clear that this lady chef cares about getting the rice clean and cares about how her food turns out.

更可况如果有得選擇,相信冇人願意去做。肯去做的。背後的故事可能更感人。而我只是看不過報導偏離事實。
