Salad ingredients:
Chicken eggs 5 pcs.
Cucumbers 300 grams. / 10.5 oz.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the cucumbers.
Mozzarella cheese 100 grams / 3.5 oz.
A bunch of parsley.
1 small onion.
Salad dressing:
3 tablespoons of sour cream.
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
1 pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard seeds.
Black pepper to taste.
3 cloves of garlic.
Mix all the ingredients.
Preparing the salad: Boil the eggs and cook for 8 minutes after the water boils. Cut and salt the cucumbers, leave for 15 minutes to release the juice. Cut the eggs into cubes. Finely chop the onion and parsley. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Separate the cucumbers from the liquid and put them in the bowl with the ingredients and add the dressing to the salad.

Wer sich nicht die Zeit nimmt die Gurken zu schälen hat es leider nicht drauf. Ich würde das so nicht essen.
