Getting an indoor leash for Lola was such a great control. 👌 She's clearly very intelligent, but needed help. Her puzzled, searching look showed the dear little dog thinking hard about this new experience. And her suitable response was so quick. I'm hopeful that her life is now calmer and happier. 💕

I don't understand how that woman hasn't found a way how to control that behavior before, I mean Lola is a great, easy dog. Maybe because the owner just seems to be laughing and giving attention instead of caring to correct it.
That's quite funny, I like that style of ironic humour. Some people might not get it, but I find it rather hilarious. Happy Valentine's day for teo days from now. 😂❤❤❤❤
@Lothar Soran: I loved the dry humor also! "subtle hint from bunny" cracked me up! See, not all of us are immune to the undercurrent of tongue-in-cheek humor!
Her appreciation of the gift that is taking care of these amazing animals is awesome. And already thinking ahead to her family taking care of the babies is beautiful.
It is funny how some animals zone in on just one person. About five years ago I dropped by my vet clinic to pick up some food. My vet came out from the back and said come back here I want to show you something. The something was a Russian wildcat some moron had paid 10,000 for and had flown out of Russia to Canada. It was a big spotted thing, about four times as large as a regular cat. It came with a 'vet's note' which said he was in perfect health. Of course the poor thing was very ill and a few days later he died. However, as soon as this cat saw me he started meowing and shoving his arm out of the cage to grab me. The vet opened the cage and the poor creature leaped into my arms like I was his long lost mother. He purred and nuzzled me and just clung to me for about ten minutes while I cuddled him. Finally I had to go and they put him back into the cage. My last memory of him was him with his arm through the cage bars meowing furiously at me not to leave. Broke my heart when I found out he had passed.
This was an amazing episode as always. Those tortoise babies are so cute 🐢 so tiny. Really enjoy your programs they are interesting and I love your sense of humour always makes me laugh ✨
Me and my daughter stuff animals are locked up in the garage. Stuff animals is not allow in front of Teddy (6 year old Yorkie) or he will try to hump it. Lol, he does have a humping teddy bear though ( had it for 5 years), it just he thinks all stuff animals are his. 😂
My cat used to hump my feet thru the duvet. He also humped his male sibling who was neutered . The resigned look on his siblings face was priceless. 😬😁
One of our cats (Florian) does it as well - just with two specific pillows. A spray bottle may or may not have been used to keep him from humping any humans in the household.
❤❤❤😊 Um... What are you doing with my fluff? Dad, My fluff,?? Put em up! Put em up! Dad. Oh wait that feels a lot better. Take all my fluff you need. Sherpa looks beautiful.
i dunno if anyone else has commented this -- and by now it is definitely much too late -- but i believe a big reason for the way harry the parrot was acting is the way he is being stroked/petted. any affectionate touches in any area other than the head is considered romantic partners only zones. and in the first few seconds of seeing harry and his owner interact, she is stroking his back and wings, which is a biiiig nono! by doing this, she is unintentionally presenting herself as his romantic partner. and, as you can imagine, they cannot be together, which causes the bird extreme frustration and jealousy, therefore causing him to harm himself. please be mindful of how and where you pet your birds!
Thank you! I was absolutely shocked at his diet and the way they handled him as a bird owner myself. In the wild they eat fruits and nuts, all parrots should be getting veggies for a good chunk of their diet. I understand people don't know about those things, birds in general aren't given the best care due to people just...not knowing, so talking about it hopefully educates people, birds are so emotionally and cognitively intelligent, they're toddlers with wings.
That poor parrot. Not the greatest diet, AND the way his owner pets him is WRONG. The way she pets and strokes him is what NOT TO DO when interacting with a parrot! He fully believes she's his MATE, and she keeps doing "mate" behavior. As such he sees her husband as competition, a territorial threat, hence the aggression. THat bird is VERY sexually frustrated! THAT'S why he's aggressive and self-mutilating. She never should have gotten that pet before doing A TON of research on PROPER parrot diet for his species, AND how to PROPERLY interact with a parrot physically. The ONLY places you should be touching a parrot (unless you are a vet physically examining them) is the HEAD AND NECK. Not the body, not under the wings, that is a surefire way to make the bird believe you are its MATE and you get stuff like THIS.
Thank you for saying where it is appropriate to touch a bird! You just eased so much anxiety that started traveling in my mind about possibly sending the wrong message to my family's green cheeked conure😅
She has several birds in her and she had him for awhile. Also, not every bird like being held or even touch a certain way. The bird in this, loved it and showed no aggression. Than, this is a parrot that’s in love not one that is being treated badly (as you make it seem), these birds mate for life and get jealous over their mates. Also not all owners believe that their pet think of them as their mate, so NO she did nothing wrong. Well, the feeding was a bit off, but honestly he wasn’t overweight.
Oh no… not Harry… he tries to mate because his back is always getting pet… only ever touch a birds body only its head… he is also jealous. He needs a better diet, a lot of toys, for his body to stop being touched, a better diet, and the prozac of corse. But he just needs to be taken care of better. Happy Valentine’s Day!

Dude! Do you think they've seen dinosaurs? 🦕🦖 Or maybye dragons🐲
Chris + unwanted attention = hilarity ensues and a thoroughly frazzled Vet
Now that I witnessed this.I 100% agree with mating like bunnies.Angelina is now in peace.
She has a very good nature!!!So sweet and innocent!
The vet's comedic understatement gets me every time : "it's a little forward of Lola"😁😁
A lot of great one-liners in this one 😂

yeah me too! although his way of coming out was a bit… odd to say the least
