@Drew P. Nutsack although I do agree about all the scams that are being sent to the US from India are a lot. You shouldn’t really start insulting his country when the US is also corrupt in many ways. And you look even dumber by insulting them on how “desperate” and “naive” their people look, when many of the people joining these scam groups are coming from poor areas. This does not mean I agree with what they’re doing, but if they’re joining something out of necessity, then we are in no place to judge. Especially you, since you’re coming from a place of privilege so please shut up.

A - Customer who buys one or more products but doesn't earn.
Reseller is a customer who signs the NDA and terms and conditions, pays product package activation fee ($200-$300) once out of pocket, company and AI work for him driving traffic to his own ONPASSIVE website, subsequent monthly product package fee will come out of earnings, not out of pocket.

Exactly. That was the first huge red flag--the legal component. Not only is he making guaranteed income claims and promises of passive income, therefore risking being seen as an unregistered securities [investment] by the SEC, but putting it in the name of the company as if he wants to draw the attention of the SEC.
The word is Ash has collected about 7.7 M at this point. These promoters like Mike Ellis must be getting paid by Ash. I refuse to believe the human race is stupid enough to promote something for years with no products to show.
Most of the victims of this scam are old people and the very distrustful of Tech ones so they put their faith on Ash hence why its so obvious to more tech savy individuals than well Boomers because they don't know how ridiculus this is if they can barely open their computers and phones.
Or in simpler terms the mark much like in Theranos aren't fimiliar with what they are investing so the scam rolls on. (As for why they would even invest on something they don't know, think of some of these people as people drowning so they hold on to any hard surface they can hold even though its sinking them further down or are too High on Narcotics they overdose, as in Desperate or Greedy)
I literally go watch their webinars just to laugh at these fools. They seriously think they’re going to make so much money and ash is robbing them blind.
