    This 'wedge' tool is one of the best modelling tool ideas that has appeared recently for Blender. Made me feel even more happy that I bought, some time ago, the Meshmachine add-on.

    Would love to see your workflow. Do you have any plans on doing a tutorial or real time process video? Doesn't need to be narrated but would be interesting to learn form. (would even pay for this on gumroad eg.)

    I just bought decalmachine from you and i decided to take a look into the shaders that you used for the decals. they are INSANE. i've seen some parralax stuff before but you even spent time to make an extremely complicated normal shader that blurs out whats under the transparent object in a diagonal way. Is all of this self taught or have you used any resources for "advanced stuff" like papers on computer graphics that you've used to learn? Cheers!

      Just tinkering over time. My understanding of shaders and nodes is actually quite lackluster, compared to the people participating in the #Nodevember event every year. These guys are magicians.

      ​@@MACHIN3 in #nodevember the complex vector displacement stuff and all of such is more comprehensible than parralax shader to me.

    Hi, how do you change size of the edge, you slide it with SHIFT + ALT + 1.
    Is it a part of the MESHmachine? I can't find a way to do this.
    Still so many things to learn about it, great add-on, I'm glad that I make this purchase. Thank you.
    PS. Do yo have Discord for your Add-ons?

      @@MACHIN3 Thank you for answer, that was fast :) MESH machine is super good, I'm happy to use it, learning for 2 days now, and I already know, that I can't live without it anymore. It does open so many new paths for poly modeling.

      @@MACHIN3 2 x G + Alt to slide verices just died for me, is so much faster with Vert: Slide Extend. My keyboard has not enough keys for all Blender workflows :D it should be at least 3 lines with keys from 1-10 :)

      Save before and after you use the tool. Blender sometimes likes to crash shortly after it is used and I have no clue why, because it doesn't crash while using the tool itself. There are no errors, and I'm not doing anything crazy in it, etc. Doing a mode change or running another tool after it, then seems to be when it crashes.
      Blender 3.0 seems to be a bit better with it though.
      Maybe it doesn't actually happen for you though.

    Great work! Looks like a very fun and useful tool; but for some reason mine is not showing the Wedge option at all (nor does it show Offset Cut, Circle, Relax, or Split). In edit/edge select mode, just using the default cube on a new scene using 0.8.0 in 2.93.3..?

      Wedge and Split Booleans are available out of the box. If they aren't, then you haven't installed properly, see installation instructions.
      Offset Cut is an experimental tool that needs to be enabled, see 0.7 release notes.
      Circle and Relax are looptools wrappers that also need need to be enabled in the prefs, and always have been.

      @@MACHIN3 As usual, a fast and comprehensive response. My deepest respect and gratitude. Solved all problems by following installation instructions (aka copying and overwriting folder instead of installing from zip). Also enabled looptools, and wrapper option in MESHmachine settings (forgive me rustiness, been away from Blender for a few months). Thanks again, and keep up the great work!

      Because you didn't follow the installation instructions in regards to update installations.
