My theory of how Karina's two poses transition from one to the other is that he starts in the belly-up position and does a voldo special attack to launch himself sixty feet directly into the sky, flips 180° over till he's back-up instead of belly-up, then falls straight down to the ground and lands already completely prostrate in the second pose.
I think it would be doable "relatively" elegant if you bounce on a trampoline and switch positions mid-air.

I would date the "four artists draw one pose" episode, where Julia covered the whole thing in a big fog drape and it was very Art(tm) and the others were miffed she didn't do the assignment. Cuz that was my first Drawfee episode I ever saw, and it was love at first sight! :D

I literally started a daily exercise where I do quick poses based on action lines three days ago!
Can't wait to see how the real pros use them
For Karina’s it’s actually quite simple. Use your toes to anchor yourself to the ground and straighten your legs from the first position so that you are in plank position. Then using your ankle strength, pull your entire body up to standing and fall over backwards, using your arms out to brace. Once in bridge position, pull your hips up. Repeat a number of times that feels required

Drawing suggestion: draw each other into an isekai. Example- Nathan is king of dinosaurs in a prehistoric world; Karina uses a Digimon deck in a YuGiOh-esque dimension; Julia is a Drawtective in an isekai full of vampires; and Jacob is the leader of a bunch of little guys rebelling against hot villains.
