- Self-confidence and motivation are interrelated factors that could enhance a person's performance. Self-confidence refers to the feeling of worthiness one feels towards oneself. Motivation is the inner force that initiates, manages, and sustains action. People can also think of it as the mental energy or power that helps them achieve their goals. Based on several studies, it was found that self-confidence was positively and significantly correlated with motivation. Self confidence boosts self motivation which ultimately enhances the performance level of individuals. A person may be highly motivated if they adopt habits and behaviors that increase self-confidence. A low level of self-confidence is a major barrier to success for many. Confidence is negatively affected by certain habits. In this self help video, Dr Mary Matilda shares seven habits that adversely affect our self confidence. As Theodore Roosevelt once said, "Believe you can and you’re halfway there."

Mam ഞാൻ ആകെ തകർന്ന ദിവസം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട് സ്വന്തം വീട്ടിൽ സാമ്പത്തികബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൊണ്ട് PG അഡ്മിഷൻ കിട്ടിയിട്ടും പോകാൻ പറ്റിയില്ല കല്യാണം കഴിഞ വീട്ടിൽ 3 മക്കൾ 3പേരും ആണ്മക്കൾ ഏറ്റവും ഇളയതാണ് എന്റെ ഭർത്താവ് മൂത്ത 2മക്കളും മാറീതാമസിക്കുന്നു കുറച്ചു അടുത്ത് തന്നെയാണ് ഞാൻ താമസിക്കുന്ന വീട്ടിൽ ഭർത്താവിന്റെ അച്ചനും അമ്മയും സത്യം പറഞ്ഞാൽ സ്വന്തം അച്ഛനേം അമ്മേനേം ഇത്രയും ഞാൻ സ്നേഹിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടാവില്ല അങ്ങനെ സ്നേഹിച്ചത് കല്യാണം കഴിഞ്ഞു വന്നു ഒരാഴ്ച കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ 2മത്തെ ഏട്ടത്തി psc കോച്ചിങ്ങിനു പോകുന്നു 1വായ സ്സുള്ള കൊച്ചിനെ അമ്മനെ ഏല്പിച്ചു എന്ന് പറയാം കൊച്ചു ഫുൾ ടൈം എന്റെ കൂടെയാണ് എനിക്ക് ഒന്നിനു പറ്റില്ല അതിന്റെ കൂടെ കളിച്ചോളണം നോക്കെത്തിനൊന്നും എനിക്ക് കുഴപ്പമില്ല mam എനിക്കും psc കോച്ചിങ്ന് പോണം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോ ഇപ്പൊ വേണ്ട കുറച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു പോയാമതി എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു മിണ്ടിയില്ല. കൊച്ചിനെ നഴ്സറി ലാക്കിയപ്പോൾ പഠിക്കാൻ പൊക്കോളാൻ പറഞ്ഞു പോയ്‌ തുടങ്ങി 6month ആയപ്പോ ഭർത്താവിന്റെ അച്ഛന് വയ്യാണ്ടായി2months ഹോസ്പിലായ് അപ്പൊ എനിയ്ക്കു ക്ലാസ്സിൽ പോകാൻ സാധിച്ചില്ല പിന്നെ ഞാൻ പ്രെഗ്നന്റ് ആയി പിന്നെ ക്ലാസ്സിൽ വിട്ടില്ല പിന്നെ ഡെലിവറി കഴിഞ്ഞു കുട്ടിക്ക് 2വയസായപ്പോ ക്ലാസ്സിൽ പോകട്ടെ എനിക്ക് പഠിക്കാൻ താല്പര്യം ഉണ്ട് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു അപ്പൊ എന്റെ അമ്മായയിഅമ്മയോട് ഹുസ്ബൻഡ് ചോദിച്ചു അവൾക്കു പഠിക്കാൻ പോകാൻ താല്പര്യം ഉണ്ട് അമ്മയൊന്നു കൊച്ചിനെ നോക്കുമോ എന്ന് അപ്പൊ പറയുകയാണ് നീ നിന്റെ അമ്മാമ്മയോട് പറയാൻ എന്നട്ടും ഞാൻ ഒന്നും മിണ്ടിയില്ല പഠിക്കനുള്ള എന്റെ ആഗ്രഹത്തിന് എനിക്ക് ഉറക്കം ഇല്ലാതായി കൊച്ചു ഉറങ്ങാൻ മടിയ എന്നാലും ഞാൻ ഉറങ്ങിയാൽ അപ്പൊ ബുക്ക്‌ എടുത്തു പഠിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങും കുറച്ചു ദിവസം അറിഞ്ഞില്ല എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു അവലിരുന്നു പടിക്കണകാരണം എനിക്ക് ഉറങ്ങാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല എനിക്കും ഭയങ്കര ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടെന്ന് പിന്നെ എനിക്ക് പേടിയാണ് രാത്രി കുട്ടികൾ ഉറങ്ങിയാൽ പോലും ഒന്നും മൊബൈൽ നോക്കാൻ പോലും വേറെ ഒരു കാര്യം കൂടിയുണ്ട് 3മക്കളിൽ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ സ്ത്രീ ധനം കൊടുവന്നവളാണ് ഞാൻ എന്നിട്ടും ഇങ്ങനെ കാണിക്കുമ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് സമനില തെറ്റി sucicide attempt ചെയ്യ്തു പക്ഷെ അതിനു ഭാഗ്യമില്ല അത് പരാജയപെട്ടു mam ഹസ്ബെന്റും എന്റെ ബ്രദർ റും മാത്രമേ എന്റെ എന്താണെന്റെ പ്രോബ്ലം എന്ന് ചോദിച്ചൊള്ളു mam എന്റെ പറന്റ്സ് അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല എപ്പോഴും എന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ നിർത്താൻ അമ്മക്ക് വയ്യാത്തതായിരുന്നു ഇപ്പൊ എന്റെ കൂടെ ഇല്ല ഇപ്പൊ അത് സങ്കടങ്ങൾ ഇല്ലാത്ത ലോകത്ത് ഇരുന്നു അറിയുന്നുടാവേരിക്കും കല്യാണം അല്ല ഒന്നും കല്യാണം നടത്തിയ കാശു കൊണ്ട് പഠിപ്പിച്ച മതിയായിരുന്നു എന്നാ ഞാൻ ഹാപ്പിയായേനെ ഇപ്പൊ ഒന്നും മിണ്ടാറില്ല ചില സമയത്തു ഞാൻ അറിയാതെ പൊട്ടിചെറിച്ചു പോകുന്നു mam. ഇതു കാണുന്ന പെണ്മക്കൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവരും പെണ്മക്കളുടെ അമ്മമാരുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവരോടുമ്കൂടി എനിക്ക് ഒന്നേ പറയാനുള്ളു secure job അത് കഴിഞ്ഞു മതി കല്യാണം എന്റെ അപേക്ഷയാണ് 🙏🙏🙏?lരാവിലത്തെ പണിയുടെ ഇടക്ക് കിട്ടിയ സമയം കൊണ്ട് എഴുതിയ മെസ്സേജ് ആണ് എന്നിട്ടും തൊട്ടതിനും പിടിച്ചതിനും കുറ്റവും കേൾക്കണം സഹിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല ഒന്നും ശബ്ദം ഉയത്രി സംസാരിക്കാൻ കൂടി കഴിയാത്ത വീട് ഹസ്ബെന്റന് മനസിലാക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞത് കൊണ്ട് oruparuthi വരെ ജീവിച്ചു പോണു how to ലൈവ് mam.pls repaly.mam പറയുന്നത് എന്താണെങ്കിലും ഞാൻ കേൾക്കും
