Hi Dr. Jo! I'm having pain that I had at one time thought was my kidney. While trying to sleep, I realized it was my pelvis. Kidney area felt fine. Hips, not so much. So I went in search for exercises, (No easy task. Kept finding kegal info.) and I found your video. I did the exercises with you. Lol now I KNOW it's my pelvis. I love this video so much. I'm 52 and can't do what a 20 year old can do. You took everyone's abilities into account and made me feel comfortable and confident! I definitely SUBSCRIBED and sent this video to my daughter, who recently delivered our first grandbaby. Thank you so much!
Have done similar exercises with a PT post baby #3. . .now feeling same instability symptoms after restarting exercise routine 1year post baby #4. Your explanations are SUPER helpful! I feel much more confident in my body awareness and understanding of the exercises. Many of these felt so good that it was hard not to keep going back! Looking forward to a fuller recovery. Thank you so much!!!
Thank you so much, you helped me with one exact exercise, to relieve my year long lasting pain in my back. I continue to do it every day, I hope it will be better and better, and I can work again without pain.
Thank you for your tuition sessions; as a person who had complicated CDH from birth which was finally corrected after three childhood surgeries. I now have had both hips replaced one had to have four times, as a result my muscle tone is very poor despite doing regular Physo. Also now suffer chronic back pain again being treated by pain management specialist. All your tuition sessions have shown me where I was going wrong. So a very heartfelt thank you. Bee
Have been looking for these excercises. Thank you I am recovering from back issues and knew my pelvis was unstable. Dr. Want me to get a full back surgery but I am trying exercise to help with hip pain on back of hip and side. No arthritus in hip have had shots for bursitis but each time hip pain comes back. I have found with exercise my pain is slowly diminishing. Thanks so much
Been suffering for a few years now with ruptured disc and have been for different treatment options but I have just completed this video and I’m absolutely amazed how much better my back feels just after doing this ones. Thank you for making this advice available on RUclips.

I was fuse from L2-S1 5 years ago and feel I have no control over me pelvis so I just bought the si belt and wow it’s made a world of difference! I can walk standing upright much better now! Now I will do these exercises and hope I can build those muscles up. Should I wear the belt while doing these exercises? Thank you so much for your videos!!

I find your recommendation here work different muscles that I rarely touch with other exercises dealing with lower back pain or anterior pelvic tilt. I will start trying out what you demonstrated here and will let you know the result! Thanks again for making videos with such clarity and precision.

Hi, I'm Barbara from Italy. I've had an anterior hip subluxation for about 1 year, which has now been reduced, and I'm looking for exercizes to help my joint stabilize. Would you recommend those in your video or are there some that might be harmful for me? Or have you ever posted something more suitable for my problem? I find your way to explain in detail each movement really fantastic! Thanks very much!
You're welcome, and thanks! It really depends on how far out you are from getting it reduced, and if your doctor cleared you for all stretches and exercises. Are you still on any precautions?
Well, I haven't seen my therapist in a while now, due to this Coronavirus situation. Last time he checked my hip (more than one month ago) he said it was doing ok, and that it will take time to heal completely because my entire leg had adjusted to the wrong posture. Expecially my foot has gone from being extarotated to almost intrarotated, and my fear is that if I try to keep it straight by walking, it will "pull my hip out of place" again. Does that make sense? For this reason I'm trying to strenghten my muscles around the hip, hoping this will allow me to walk correctly and let my hip keep on healing. My therapist just told me to walk a lot, avoid dancing Tango and avoid doing the typical leg raise you do when you jump over a hurdle... Thanks a lot for the prompt answer, I really appreciate it!

So, thank you 🙏🏻 for being head 👩🏻 and shoulders 💪(closest I could find 😂) above the rest. 😊
Hello Dr. Jo, Thanks for showing these exercises. I have problems with internal rotation as I couldn't do the fire hydrants. My legs won't go up far from the floor. Can you please suggest what I should do? Any internal rotation stretches or other exercise that you would recommend to open the hip up before doing the fire hydrants?

You can easily turn on closed captioning by clicking the "CC" button at the bottom of the video. You can drag them to another area on the screen, or you can make them transparent. You can even automatically translate them into many different languages! I show how to do all this and more here: ruclips.net/video/VatNBZh66Po/видео.html
WOW! Just what I need! Fire hydrant and circles challenging! I’ll feel this tomorrow. Not sure if it was this video or last I watched, but even modified plank is tough on shoulder. Is there an alternative?
Modified planks against a wall or counter top modifies it a little more.

They might help some, but if you can, the best option would be to go see a physical therapist who specializes in the pelvic floor (often called Women's Health Therapists).
Are these exercises on a chart that you sell?
Are these okay to do if you have to tight pelvic floor?
