3 tomatoes
3 spring onions
200 ml Olive oil
4-5 handful of fresh basil
3 gloves of garlic
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp ground pepper

Looks delicious. But Picanha and tri tip are completely different cuts of beef. What you have is a picanha, also known as cap of the top sirloin. The tri-tip, called maminha in Brazil, is from the opposite side of the top sirloin "alcatra" and has a completely different texture/flavor.

Picanha (Brasil) = Palomilla, tapa de sirloin, tapa de Aguayon (Mexico)
Maminha (Brasil) = Empuje, cola de cuadril (Mexico) = Tri tip (USA)
It's either sirloin cap or rump cap. Definitely not tri-tip in the USA. ;)
