If your knees buckle during squats there is a PT trick I learned you can do: To enhance your knee support during squats, try placing a band around your ankles or knees. The resistance from the band will encourage you to push your knees outward, promoting a more stable squatting motion and better knee alignment. 🏋️♂️
Fixed me for sure. I was rounding and hurting whenever doing these. Started moving away from this exercise 😢. I placed this is front of me before lifting recently and it fixed my issues. NO MORE FEAR!! Awesome!! Thanks Jeremy!
Jeremy I've been seeing your videos and taking your videos for 4 years now. I really want to thank you for all the useful, fun to see, and educative videos. They have help me become healthier, happier, fitter, and most of all I've helped people around and in my country sharing your info. May the universe Bless you!

Appreciate you so much man, I’ve had lower back issues starting in middle school after being thrown one too many times bjj. Your videos on the physiological mechanism of muscles and techniques to perform a simple exercises with safety have been so beneficial. No longer will I be the dorito with chicken legs, been hitting legs 2-3 times a week and starting to see some serious strength gains as well as hypertrophy. Sending love from the ec bro keep up the quality content.
You just changed my life. I haven't been able to feel a squat in my legs or glutes for years.. I've noticed that I lean forward quite a bit when I squat and I can't sit up straighter without falling. Simply elevating my heals just changed everything!! Thank you so much
These are SO useful! Thank you Jeremy. If you are able to keep making these for each of the main exercises it would be an amazing act of public service! So helpful, thanks.
I love how you simplify the motions in steps with visuals and analogies. I just did the perfect bench press sets today thanks to your bp video. Awesome work man!
I finally understood the bracing thanks to this visual. Applied that and added 10 lbs to my squat this week, felt so much more stable. Now just have to get used to the breathing only at the top of each rep.
this guy literally peeled off his skin to beautify the video. big respect 💪🏻

I still don't get it. If you heels come up at should elevate them. Isn't that the same thing?

I have to say you are the gift that keeps on giving ! Thanks so much you have no idea what you’ve done for my squat bench and deadlift !
This was quick and very briefly detailed. Very nice 👌
As someone who has slowly eased back into lifting and always asked for a spot to monitor my form for squat this content helps quite a bit
I watched all of your videos on how to bench press, dead lift, and squat. Your videos are short and very understandable. You’re a true saver, thanks.
Thanks😊

You likely lack ankle mobility. Try looking up some exercises for it and do them once a day
Lifting shoes with a heel will help with this issue too.

I heard it somewhere that during squats move your upper body bsck instead of moving knees forward. It prevents knee injury
What I love about him is that his body is more achievable even for people who only train with limited equipment like me. Not too big, not too shredded
Amazing thank you
