The Glory was my first cruise back in 2008. I had a Lido deck balcony that was so great & spoiled me! Cruised the Glory a second time but a different itinerary - it's a great size ship. Thanks!
It truly is a perfect size ship. Especially for those Group Cruises. #funship
Getting my platinum status with this cruise!! Just booked one on the Glory with my girlfriend! Our first cruise together and my first that I’ve worked hard to save up for WHOOOOOOOOOO

Yes, all cruise lines are building bigger & bigger ships for the next 6 years. We really love this cruise ship size. We also cruised on a sister ship to Glory, it was Carnival Freedom back in Fall of 2022. Hope you all have a amazing cruise. Please let us know if she enjoyed Carnival Glory. Booked mines back in January for December 23 through 27 a Christmas cruise out of port Canaveral.. my 1st Christmas cruise anything to expect thats different? Also didnt they just recently do a dry dock on the ship?
That’s an amazing time to cruise during Christmas time. Port Canaveral terminals are the easiest ports we’ve sailed out of. I will tell you these a lot of construction going on at certain terminals(building parking decks).
As for the ship Glory just did have dry dock, the following has been updated or changed.
Casino: A new layout with a non-smoking area.
Heroes Tribute Bar & Lounge: A new bar that honors military veterans and active-duty service members, replacing the SkyBox Sports Bar.
Dreams Photography Studio: A new studio.
Spa: Upgrades to the spa.
Camp Ocean: A redesigned youth space with a large video wall to enhance the Space Cruisers program
Furnishings and decor: Refreshed furnishings and decor throughout public areas. We wish you Safe Travels & please do come back to let us know how your Christmas cruise went.
