No it ain't, because at the time of the release of this YT short it was scheduled to be Closed for 6 Weeks (April - May 2024). In Fact it did happen back then. This YT short was released to help Notify those that were gonna be effected during those scheduled cruises that had Ocean Cay on their Spring 2024 Itineraries. ☺ Thank you Again for Commenting & Watching.....🤔 We are so happy with all the improvements that was made to Ocean Cay after The Closing in 2024.

This was filmed at the Grand Opening of Caesars Virginia. A lot of folks were filming with their phones & of course the news media was there. I have filmed before at their Temporary site next door before this. Of course I always ask 1st, I was told I could film my machine and try not to film others playing games. And to not film tables.
