Feiticeira House, designed by HUS Arquitetos, is situated on a sloped terrain at Feiticeira Beach in Ilhabela, São Paulo. Featuring a minimalist design with concrete, wood, and glass, the residence is built on different levels, providing stunning sea views from all rooms. Highlights include an external deck with an infinity pool and direct access to the sea. The main house, caretaker's house, and guest house are designed to offer privacy and comfort. Spanning 400 m², the house serves as a weekend retreat, prioritizing practicality in maintenance and security.
