Get brass studs and nuts they never sieze in .

Flipping heck Alex not having much luck at the minute are you. Had to do a similar repair on headers myself, cut bad piece out luckily it was straight without bends so just got piece of correct sized pipe and welded it in. Like yourself stud had sheared off and I had to take head off after my attempt at careful drilling and use of extractor. Luckily my son welds aluminium so filled the hole and drilled and tapped it to accept correct stud luckily. Good luck Alex 😊

Drill it out and helicoil it I had to do this before just take your time you will fix it. Good luck
