For anyone that doesnt understand japanese (i dont either) what you do is 1. Create a new layer below the layer you are colouring 2. Press the scroll tab which normally would say normal or multiply or whatever 3. At the top there is a tab "screentone" choose the one you like 4. By changing the transparency of the same layer changes the screentones density? 5. Use your brush/ fill tool and it should be in screen tone patterns now

Damn, and i still use Adobe Draw to make my animations but I do feel comfortable using Adobe than ibisPaint but I’ll go give it a try
